Located just 1.2 miles from the sandy beaches of San Vincenzo, Agriturismo Podere L'Agave is a farm stay producing organic food and extra virgin olive oil. Guests enjoy free WiFi and large outdoor areas.

Review 1：Location is a little out of the way if you don't have a car, but if you fancy cycling, they will lend you bikes for free, and only a 5-10 min ride into San Vincenzo. We can only imagine that in the summer it's a haven for families with children, just something to bear in mind.

Review 2：Firstly, the staff were fantastic. They couldn't have helped us anymore. We travelled without a car, so each day they booked our taxi for us, they arranged trains and bus times to get us around the coastal towns. It was my fiancé's 30th birthday whilst we were there, they baked her a 30th birthday cake with candles and sang happy birthday, in Italian of course. It's set on great piece of land with plenty of space and very spacious apartments. There is a restaraunt in nearby San Carlo, called Le Cave, well worth a visit.

Review 3：The place is only suitable for families with children. This was not made clear to us. Pets were also allowed. For what the place offered to a mature couple, the price was far too expensive. We stayed in better poderes during our trip for a little more than half the cost.

Review 9：Despite being low season i felt the price was fairly high given the accomodation. There was no washing detergent to clean plates and glasses and the maid left them in the sink dirty. The noise insulation in the room was poor and the bathroom window is clear so unless you close the shutters or turn off the light its quite easy to see into at night.

Review 10：The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Due to it being low season they moved us to a larger room which was nice. Bed was good and there is a good size fridge.
