Review 3：We really enjoyed our stay, from the very warm welcome and help from the owners to the cleanliness and good taste of the flat and the meticulous attention for details which really make the difference compared to other accomodations. The location next to the sea promenade is also great.

Review 5：What a great place!!! We were there for two days with my husband and 9 years old daughter. We loved everything about it! Location, view and very clean room. It felt like home! When we arrived, we were greeted by Carola and she helped us with bags. She speaks English, French, Italian! She showed us to our amazons one bedroom apparent with breathtaking view! It feels like you are on yaht! The sound of waves is very comfy. In our room we had lots of surprises. First, there was a big plate with various nuts and tangerines. Second, there was a plate with different cookies and another little bag with a small bottle of olive oil and a can of olives. Also, a bottle of vine! It was great, we had snack and vine and felt like in heaven! Apartment itself is spotless! Very nice and modern furniture. A lot of kitchenware. They stock the kitchen with everything you might need, pots, frying pan, plates, salat ball, glasses, knives, forks, cutting board, towels, garbage bags! Believe me! Everything! Every detail in the apartment is careful though! You could see right the way that owners care a lot about this place!!! I would recommend Santa Maria 24 to everyone! Also, the hosts are really helpful! Anything you want or need, they will do it for you, with pleasure. You can clearly see that they enjoy having guests. Another thing is the location. It is 3-5 min away from parking and from all the restaurants. However, we found few amazing sea food restaurants just one minute away! We loved them more than the ones closer to center. Also, Carola recommended us breakfast place 30 sec. away from the hotel. It is a little cafe, but with great and fresh food! Just try their panini!!! And it's really cheap! Well... I could not write enough! You should visit this place and see everything for yourself!!! Thank you very much for making about weekend trip perfect!
Review 6：Would have preferred if we could have had a little more contact with someone in charge. Maybe if someone could be there for a fixed time every day, just to answer questions and to guide us as the week progressed .But maybe that doesn't come with renting an apartment.
Review 7：the rooms were clean and fresh and we had a delightful balcony overlooking a buzzy square . Coffee making Nespresso type machine in the kitchenette and wonderful , warm and friendly staff. Fantastic place all round .

Review 9：On arriving we received a warm welcome from Carola and Marino carried our bags upstairs for us. Our apartment was on the top floor with a splendid view of the sea and the castle.There was chilled water in the fridge and a welcome pack of taralli, olives and some oil which we really appreciated. The decor and soft furnishings were both tasteful and original. I must also add that the air conditioning was both subtle and effective. Sandrine also helped us organise a trip to Castellana Grotte.

Hosts friendly and very helpful, and Sandrine speaks French, Italian and some English. Fabulous views over old city. Other rooms have even better views over sea. Top quality apartment.
Review 11：Review Santa Maria 24 Santa Maria 24 is a newly renovated guesthouse in the historical centre of Monopoli. I am a frequent traveller to many countries and this guesthouse has become one of my favourite places. It is modern and stylish, with great attention to detail. Included are thoughtful extras, locally sourced olives, extra virgin olive oil, fresh seasonal fruit and tastefully presented bathroom products. It is extremely comfortable with lovely beds and carefully chosen furnishings. The rooms have wonderful views of the Adriatic Sea or the calm piazza below. The service is amazing, from the first contact with Sandrine who is charming, professional and organised our pickup from Brindisi airport. Thank you to the friendly and helpful Carola who manages the office during the day and our great driver Marino, who picked us up from the airport and took us to Alberobello. Monopoli is a great place to base yourself for day trips in the Puglia region, it is a vibrant town with authentic restaurants and lots of charm. Review 14：Really friendly and helpful staff. If you have a car you should ask them where to park beforehand as it's difficult in the old city. Room and bathroom were beautiful brand new and clean.very well located. Definitely recommend it!
