Review 1：not all equipment was working decently in the house: water boiler was leaking, quite soundly, no wifi, not all kitchen facilities were working. Breakfast was very modest.

Free parking on site. Very little English spoken which only added to the charm and authenticity. Close to the thermal baths of Saturnia. Best accommodation of our vacation.
Review 5：The hot tub was an above-ground square unit like my neighbor inMinnesota has in his back yard. It would have been fine, but itwasn't very clean and it was stinky so I didn't get in it. Itwould have been nice to use in the evenings. I'm guessing not manyuse it in August and so it gets neglected.
Review 6：We needed a place close to Cellena where my sister lives. Bagno Santowas 20 minutes so it was a good choice. The staff was wonderful.Breakfast was continental and was included. We had the entire apartmentabove the restaurant which was a wonderful surprise. I booked 2 roomsfor 2 persons each, but we ended up with a 3-br apartment with livingroom, kitchen, dining and 2 baths. It was huge! The bedrooms are nicelyair conditioned (it was so hot when we were there). The pool isbeautiful. It was a little cold the first day (rained before wearrived), but it was warmer after that. We ate dinner there one nightand it was very good. This place is a great value! Four nights for fourpeople including breakfast plus one dinner charge for 1,270e.Tremendous! If you go, bring your Italian dictionary because theydon't speak English and don't have many Americans! (We were theonly American guests during our 4-day stay.)

Review 13：Our twenty-something daughters stayed in a room in the main building. The next morning, their bathroom was crawling with ants. The staff told us this was normal, because it was in the country. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to folks who don't speak Italian. They did not speak any English, so it was difficult.

Review 23：Close to Saturnian thermals, has a beautiful pool, decor was great with a big restaurant/bar but the best was the food definately homemade yum. We also loved Meilu the dog great character.

Review 28：Hotel was perfect for a relaxing weekend and the surroundings were magnificent as was the 3 tiered pool. We arrived at lunchtime with 2 hungry teenagers and though the kitchen opened in the evening the staff put together a lovely cold lunch. We have lived in Italy for 2 years and this is definitely one of my favorite places.
