Review 1：We stayed for 15 days and would have loved a better way on how to get a change of towels and bed linen rather than leaving it up to chance to meet with the cleaners. We used to leave the apartment early to make the very best of the day and we only came across the cleaners once and consequently our day started late. One last thing, a toaster and an electric kettle would have been appreciated :).
Review 2：The place is fantastic. It is quiet and family friendly. It overlooks the lake, albeit from a distance. A few kilometres up the hill from Garda. The rooms are impeccable and the clean pool was a haven after a day out in the hot summer days. Just down the road there is a supermarket from where to get your supplies. Appliances were excellent. The shower and toilet were very clean.
Review 3：The sofa bed are awful and not suitable even for two children. No AC but ok if the windows are cross open. No wineglasses in the kitchen.

Review 8：Great location near the beautiful town of Garda and within a short drive of Verona. The view from our apartment of the lake and surrounding mountains was amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Review 9：there are two big disadvantages. First are beds – there were four of us, our kids had normal beds (not excellent but ok) but we had to sleep on something that was supposed to be sofa bed, but was like a wooden box with two separate matrasses, each on different level. Very bad sleep. The second disadvantage is lack of wi-fi - reception offered us the wi-fi at the La Filanda residence and we even got a password but in reality it does not work.
Review 10：location is a big plus for those who want to hang around the lake Garda. Fantastic view from apartment on the lake and hills. Very quiet area, and this is not so common in the vicinity with thousands of tourists driving in cars. Garda, just a minute from Costermano is flooded by cars driving 5km/h around the Garda lake. Swimming pool in the residence is a really big plus. Bottle of local wine waiting at the table for welcome.

Review 25：Hotel stuff was absolutely absent from the facility. Hotel management is located in an another hotel (10 minutes walk) making it harder to ask for help, advice etc.

Review 31：The beds in the apartment aren't great, and when it's really hot, getting asleep with no air-con is a bit of a problem.
Review 32：The apartments are nice and well equipped. The complex is quiet, suitable for families with young children. The supermarket is very near and there's also a great pizzeria nearby, very reasonable prices. Garda town is beautiful and only 5 mins away.
Review 33：If you want to get back your 50 euros deposit be ready for very unpleasant inspection before check-out: glasses will be checked against the sun, beds will be moved in order to check dust under them, etc.

Review 38：Actually San Carlo residence even exceeded our expectations. First of all because of problems with car rental in the airport we came late in the night and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that staff of the residence had left the keys to our apt. by the office door for our family. Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment - great value. Also beautiful view of the lake and the area from the balcony. Kitchen was equipped with literary everything you might need for your stay there. Things like pool and car park behind closed gates without the doubt was a plus as well. Next time we're planning on s much longer stay.
