Review 2：We never really interacted with the staff as they were in a nearby hotel so cannot comment on them. The room was amazing, right on the lake, 5 balconies, very spacious and comfortable. Value for money was perfect, I just wish we had more time to stay there!

Review 4：Wonderful location, a 10min walk into town, with fabulous views of the lake. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was huge and had a lovely terrace. The staff were really lovely as well.
Review 5：Check in/out: Needs to be done at a different location. No personnel on site. Beds: Requested for single beds but wasn't done when we checked in. Although the situation was amended quickly, they weren't able to provide each single bed with equal quality duvet, only blankets. Wifi: Only available in lobby, not in apartments

Availability of 2 Bathrooms: much more convenient Parking: Since there weren't other residents, management allowed us to park onsite which is much more convenient than the originally designated parking lot far away.
Review 7：Unable to get internet connection for the 3 day stay despite owners effort to connect.The road to the property was appalling with potholes and only one car wide. It was quite a hike into the town centre uphill all the way. Driving was an option if you could figure out the one way streets. View would have been nice except for the work yard directly across the road from where some noise generates.

Review 11：VERY humod appartment and no possibilities to sleep with the shutters open because it was on the groundfloor. Full of mosquitoes (the shutters did'nt have a net). Dirty refigirator and the appartment full of spiderwebs. The "beach" (little terrace with grass) has a "pier" which is rotten. Checkin is done in a hotel on another location in the town, which has no parkingpossibilities unless you stay at the hotel ...

Review 13：Wifi is only available in the lobby. But we were warned about this. Might be tricky for people who need to work but it was totally fine for us - it was actually nice not having to be on the phone and enjoy the here & now.
Review 14：This was my second stay at Casa sul Lago. The apartment is spacious, with a lovely view of the lake and very clean. We occupied 4 apartments as we were travelling with friends and it was perfect - easy to organise dinners together and make the most of our private beach at the front of villa. You can find cheaper apartments in the main square but Casa sul logo is great because of the space and balconies / gardens that comes with every apartment.
Review 15：Location 5 minutes to centre. Scenery superb on way. View from balcony was just amazing. For family's with kids could not fault this property it had everything you need.

Review 18：The heating got broken but they immediately came and fixed it (very efficient staff). The furniture is OK but not at the level of the position of the building. Wi-fi works well in the lobby, not well in our apartments (but this was explained when we made our reservation ).
Review 19：The location is superb, right on the lake with a wonderful view of Isola di San Giulio . 7 minutes walking from the piazza, where boats to the isand leave. Try Ristorante Olina, run by the owner of the building in the village. Great food at reasonable price.

Review 23：Quiet location with a great view of the lake and the island from 1st floor apartment with 3 balconies. 5-10 minute lakeside walk to the bustling little town of Orta San Giulio Comfortable beds, main bedroom has double aspect windows for even better views Private (grass) beach to sunbathe or swim or to launch the dinghy (also provided) - this was an unexpected pleasure! Really helpful staff at the hotel, took us to the apartment and showed us where to park car. Free private and secure car park close by (no cars allowed in centre of town itself) so didn't have to pay for public car parking.

Review 32：There was no heating in the apartment and it was 12 degrees outside. The tiny television didn't pick up any channels. There's no light and no powerpoint in the kitchen. There were no bath towels, just robes. There was nothing to dry dishes with.

Review 38：Casa sul Lago has a wonderful position on fhe lakefront and is just a short walk from the village Orta San Giulio. It has magnificent views across the lake and is an easy drive to Lake Maggiore. We enjoyed the peace and serenity of this apartment.

Check-in takes place at Hotel S. Caterina, Via Marconi 10, Orta San Giulio from April until October and at Hello Orta, Via Olina 40, Orta San Giulio from November until March. Reception hours are between 15:00 and 22:00.Please note that bed linen and towel come at an extra charge.A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
