Review 1：smell of sewer in reception, smell of cigarette smock in corridor and room, noise from other rooms due to bad isolation, temperature of the room (cold)

Review 18：The personnel is treating you like you owe them something. They have changed my room after I checked in - just took my luggage and all clothes and other private things and moved it to the other room, there they just throw it on the table. I've never seen such a rude service! My friend came a day before me and booked a single room for that night. The next day she asked if she should change the room. The receptionists said her yes. She had to pack all her things and after that in the evening they moved both of us in the same room where she stayed a previous night. So the staff is bad, I do not recommend this hotel.

Review 23：駅から近い。スタッフの対応が良い。併設のレストランは隣のベストウエスタンと共有しているためか、雰囲気と味はよかった。（レストランにTVがついていたのが残念。） Near by the station. The staff is friendry. The restaurant was good taste and nice atomosphere, but there was TV at the restaurant, that's not good.

Review 25：We loved everything! The staff were extremely helpful, even giving me some useful Italian phrases. Rooms were lovely, clean, new, comfortable beds, great in every way. Lovely bathroom, great shower. Breakfast was great too.

Review 27：Good location (10 minutes walk away from the railway station and 20 minutes walkf from the centre). The quadruple room was ok, clean, but a bit cramped. Friendly and useful staff. The breakfast was OK.

Review 28：First room smelled of smoke, second one as well, 3rd room was fine. We were surprised that this could even happen. We didn't book a smoking room. All was resolved without drama though, staff were very apologetic. Wifi wasn't great, required password and user name every time. Frustrating. Other places it just works with a password and continues to do so without further input.

Review 30：The walls of my room were paper-thin, I suppose, because I could here almost everything from the neighboring room including someone snoring (very annoying!). Any single vegetable for breakfast, but it seems to be a standard in Italy. Also, juice was not juice, but some diluted syrup.

The towels in the bathroom could also be named an issue from our point of view, regarding the standards of a three star hotel pricing a double room 80 € per night.

Review 46：The breakfast was pretty good and the receptionist that greeted us, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel earlier than our check-in time, was possible, was really kind and polite. The location is good, it's near the main station and we had only minor problems with wi-fi.

Review 56：The WI-FI was VERY frustrating, logging you off even after 1 minute of inactivity. This was parrtcularly bad with an Iphone because as soon as the screen wnet to saver, an entire logon was necessary; user name and password. These were changed each day, probably for enhanced security. I asked for a quiet room and yet was allocated a room close to the stairwell and lift on the first floor. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, so when guests next door arose at 5am, then it was impossible to sleep through the loud conversations and preparations Ditto for late night guests! the hotel is overpriced for solo travellers.

Review 61：When I arrived, I was given a very small, smelly room. Immediately told staff, and they were happy to change the room for me. Location also nice, nearby everythng. One offbeat thing but might be good for fellow travellers. Just 100 meter walk on the same side of the hotel towards city centre direction, and there is one small Chinese take away and eat place. Very inexpensive, but it is good food. Do not b fooled by not so royal looks, but it is worth try.

Review 62：Building work in the next building was disturbing in the morning. We complained and were immediately moved to another room. The work may be finished by now.

Review 67：We arrived late and the night receptionist was very helpful. Unfortunately there was some kind of event on and the noise from the room above was like listening to a tap dancing competition. Too tired to complain that evening I expressed my dissatisfaction with the room in the morning and the very helpful receptionist arranged a room swap giving us the choice of two- couldn't ask for more. The rooms are practical, clean and the beds comfortable just don't expect the ritz - you get what you pay for and considering the size of the breakfast as well as the location you more than get your money worth here

Review 68：The parking is funny at best, a large empty garage where all cars are crammed in and you need to ask an employee to move the ones in front of yours to get it out. The entire hotel also looks old as well as the beds and other furniture.
