Review 1：Wonderful staff, gracious and warm and a beautifully built building. Would definitely go back. Some of the nicest people in the hotel business and bitola was a wonderful place too. Great dining as well. This is what staying at a small high quality hotel is all about. My only, minor complaint was some noise late at night - it only bothered one of us though...Definitely a keeper...

Review 8：There was no lift and we were staying on the top floor. The staff offered to take our suitcases up and down with no hesitation which was fantastic. Also the wifi would disconnect randomly at certain points. Other than that, everything was amazing for the price we paid.

Review 12：Great location just by the main shopping street. Really nice rooms. I was allowed to check out after the check out time and was even given a free ride to the bus station. All in all a great place!

Review 19：Perfect hotel, fantastic rooms. 1 min walk to the centre. Close enough, yet far from all the hustle & bustle. All staff were excellent & always willing to help. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Fresh towels and beds made. The cleaners will even wash your laundry for an extra cost. Which is perfect! Definitely recommended this hotel to everyone and will stay again :)
