Review 1：Although very clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms badly need to be updated. Very old-fashioned, a real taste of the 1970s.

Review 3：We changed our room after a few minutes as the walls were thin and we could easily hear the conversation and TV from the next room. Our replacement room number 204 was quiet at first but got noisy during the night with the occupants coming back and talking. Also the shower cubicle was the smallest I have ever been in.

Review 10：Being in center of Modena and being able to visit on foot most must see places; including the Ferrari museum at 20 minutes (slow pace) from hotel. Private parking was very convenient but of course very expensive (20E a day). I did not use my car for 3 days. Did all on foot. Ferrari Museums (Modena and Maranello have a shuttle service between museums)

Review 15：Staff always ready to smile. Friendly and helpful. The location is the Hotel's asset. Just a few metres away from the Duomo, the Boutiques, Restaurants, Cafe's etc. Another highlight was the Breakfast-Buffet. A great variety on things to choose from. The b-fast room is what we Germans call 'gemütlich', warmly lit and the music plays quietly in the background. Also being a solo traveler I appreciated to pick the table of my liking.

Review 79：I was really happy there. I stayed for 11 days, long enough to know everybody there. The people is wonderful. Paola, Lida, Anna, Maria... Everyone! I really like the place and the people. The rooms aren't big but the hotel is comfortable.
Review 80：It takes about 15~20 minutes to walk from the railway station to the hotel, which means it is located right in the historical center of Modena. The room wasn't ready when we checked in, and the staff were kind enough to send our luggages directly to the room when we came back. The room was simple but comfortable. I speciafically enjoyed the streets around and the fact that the hotel was right next to the modena cathedral.
Review 81：rooms seemed a bit small and basic after staying in the Great Western Bergamo, but that was probably to be expected in Modena where hotel availability is limited only northern Italian town we visited where the shops were shut all afternoon long and as there is not a lot else to do in town that was disappointing
