Review 1：The beach chairs where extremely closely packed together.These are also allocated for the stay so you had the ridiculous sight in a late season half empty hotel, of people packed together in one area with completely empty areas elsewhere .Barmy!

Review 10：The hotel is beautiful, the staff is lovely, wonderful gardens, nice pool and easy beach access, walking or biking distance to the town of San Vincenzo. Will definitely be going back.

Review 11：Breakfast was absolutely dismal. The staff in the restaurant could do with learning some good manners. The address provided for the hotel was incorrect. According to the Satnav, 116 doesn't even exist on that street.

Review 12：Staff on the reception desk were efficient and courteous. Check-in/Check-out was quick and efficient. The hotel and the room was very clean.

Review 13：lunch offering after weekend of 6-8 Sept was poor and served in unattractive setting. Lunch pasta servings were miniscule. Wedding parties at weekends can disturb peace.

Review 15：Restaurant is a little clinical, very bright lights but food is good. None of the rooms have a sea view due to the trees, which in itself is actually quite nice, knowing they've preserved the trees. You have to order your supper at breakfast which we didn't like.

Review 16：Upgraded to superior double, lovely room, large balcony. Valentina on Reception has exceptional customer services skills. Very clean and private beach is a bonus. Restaurant Manager knows his wines!! Great access to Pisa by train, well worth the visit.

Review 17：Our main disappointment was the Mini-Club ...run by a young girl who appeared very inexperienced and who made no effort with the children. A lot of parents just stayed with the children and played games etc with them as the teacher had no skills with children.

Review 19：We had the half board. Evening meals were in our opinion sub standard. I would not recommend the room with board package. I do not know what the regular restaurant was like but the evening meal was on average poor. The wait staff was efficient but the food was never hot and any meat item was like shoe leather. Internet service was only available in the lobby. The hotel is great stay away from the meal plan.
