Review 1：The staff were extremely professional, efficient, helpful and nice. The cuisine was excellent. Our room was beautifully furnished and spacious. We really enjoyed our time there.

Review 2：The staff of the swimming pool must be big fans of the Dire Straits as we hear this music many times during the day (and very loud). Nice hotel, but the environment outside is very poor.

Review 3：Friendly staff, great rooms (clean, spacious) with good beds. A la carte menu in the restaurant was excellent.

Review 4：Anno 2015, no availability during sevaral days of Internet. Breakfast lacks any surprise. Loaction is in very rural area.

Review 6：blood on the duvet covers+ pillow, no green tea, no olives, no martinis, no facilities, cold pools both inside and out, no friendly staff, 40 minutes to get a glass of wine from the pool bar, no waiter at the inside bar, dirty toilets all over that were not possible to flush. With oter words you could see what other guests ate for dinner yesterday, spa was so old and moldy smelling i could not enter. everything was o disappointing and horrible we left a day earlier. never again. This is really not a five star .

Review 8：Wifi was unreliable and it is a little out of the way. If you want a hotel near a downtown this is not it. Cell coverage was a little weak too.

Review 10：For a hotel that advertises itself as 5 Star, the food did not match up, although the prices did. After the first night's dinner and a dismal lunch the next day we ate out. Breakfast was fine if you like sweet cakes, there was very little alternative. Although Wi-Fi was free, it was limited to two devices per room and had to be re-logged on frequently with an unmemorable code. Very frustrating!

Review 11：The hotel is set in beautifully maintained grounds. The staff were all attentive and helpful. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with views over the garden.

Review 12：Definitely need to rent a car as far away for city centre or anything, food is expensive but lovely dishes. Shame the pool bar wasn't open as its there off peak season which we didn't know :-(

Review 13：Lovely spa hotel very quiet but tranquil feeling, had the pool all to are selves some of the days. Pietro one of the staff was amazing very helpful couldn't of helped us anymore, even picked us up and took us to city centre as we thought we could walk it. Bathroom was amazing and massive room.

Review 14：Segregation at the breakfast - they have two breakfast buffets, which are not the same - the one in the dinning room with more light looks more appealing - but the stuff litteraly jumped when we were closing in on this one and then instructed us to look for another buffet in the bach room as it should be better (which it wasn't). We even were not able to figure out, how they alocated us to the second one. Crazy expensive and not worth it restaurant. The food was just tasteless (tuna steak, beef and spinach). Small portions. This hotel has seen better days.

Review 15：Spacious rooms which could use some more maintenance. The pool area (however not possible to get a drink there). Very quiet location for relaxing. Easy to find by car.

Review 16：As a last minute booking we received room 108 which was on top of the kitchen. It was very noisy till late at night with the clatter of dishes colliding and staff chattering away. Last week it was very warm in Sicily and we could never really cool off the room. My wife and I noticed that the tile floor in about a quarter of the room was warm as likely over an oven. Might be a feature in Feb but not in early Sept. Service on the terrace was very slow. waited 30 minutes after getting my first cocktail and no one ever came back

Review 17：Very nice setting overlooking Cefalu. Had an excellent dinner, food was delicitious. Nice breakfast as well. While we didn't use most of the facilities they seemed to have a complete spa. They did provide a shuttle to the town center and their private beach.

Review 18：The hotel advertised a private beach with shuttle. Although the shuttle was provided the upon to the beach was closed and un-staffed and dirty.

Review 19：The grounds, pool, room size, bedding, common areas were all better than expected. Restaurant recommendations made by the hotel staff turned out to excellent and some of our best meals during our trip. The town of Mazarza de Volla was very close and Marsala and Trapani were an easy drive.

Review 47：Luxurious resort with everything you expect from a five star. Beautiful park, beautiful pools, very nice staff. We were there early June, and the hotel was quite empty. We enjoyed some quiet and peaceful days at the pool, while sipping cold beers and watching the wind browse through the palms. their private beach was under construction, but the partner lido of the hotel was also nice. our three years old kid enjoyed the playing in the pony club. Room was spacious, very beautiful and big bathroom. We spent relaxing days there, and will come again, for sure.
