Review 1：This place is perfectly located at the bottom of the best ski resort in Hakuba. The staff are lovely and the onsen is amazing. While it's a bit out of our normal price range it was definitely worth lashing out on
Review 2：There was no working wifi in hotel, not even hotel lobby althought it was included to reservation. Weather info is essential for backcountry skiing..Second thing is that hotel is quite isolated and nothing happens there at evenings so internet connection would be nice.

Review 9：We were there early in the season and snowed in for 2 of the days. Customer Service was exceptional. The ski lift pass for 5 days was less than $60. And the gondola was literally at the back of the resort. The Onsen (hot springs) rivaled anything I have ever seen. But this is a ski resort. It is a distance (2+) hours from the resort to do any site seeing. They do offer a shuttle down to the train station. They offer ski schools, child care and rental equipment.
Review 10：They did not have internet access in the rooms. Had to go to the lobby and the internet link there was not strong....very inconvenient for my business which is mainly done through internet.
