Review 1：The views were magnificent. The apartment was perfect with a huge bedroom. Really loved the quietness of the whole place. Staying in a castle magical.

Review 2：we thought it was in town and it was driving 15 km apron away up and down the mountain. At night not very convenient . The rooms could use more light at night, seemed very dimmed lights. suggestions only because it worked well for us.

Review 5：Just experienced a most hospitable stay at the Castello Izzalini in Todi. Our host, Sara, was most accommodating. She speaks English and will go out of her way to ensure your needs our met. She served us continental breakfast daily which included wonderful Italian coffee. Rooms were amazingly clean and well kept. Extra charge for wi-fi in the room, but free wi-fi in the hotel lounge. There is a bench at the entrance where you can sit and still get wi-fi reception after hours. A car is a must as you are within driving distance of many amazing towns like Todi, Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, Cortona, Spoleto and so many more. It will take you approx. 40 min. to reach the resort from the A-1 motorway, exit Orvieto. For GPS users program your navigation to Izzalini (not Todi) and you will easily find this place. There are 1 or 2 places to eat nearby, otherwise closest is approx. 20 min away in Todi. Recommend the bar in front of Castello Izzalini for quick food like pasta, salad, wine, and morning coffee (if you skip Sara's breakfast). Try Ristorante Umbria on the main square in Todi for an amazing panoramic view from their terrace (make sure you pay the metered parking - self serve machine - free from 1 to 3 PM) and the restaurant in the Hotel Fonte Cesia (Todi) for amazing, mouth-watering pizza!
