Review 1：Puerto Aventuras was a bit contrived, not very authentic. But the people were so nice, the "village" was clean and welcoming, and the safe feeling everywhere was comforting.

Review 2：Loved the small complex with the amazing pool. The property owner was a sweetheart, ready to make everything perfect. The property is off a quiet inlet, and about a 3 minute walk to the noisy ocean. There were kayaks, pool toys, snorkels, and sand tous to use, and we took advantage of the short walk to yummy restaurants! Perfect for our family!!!

Review 3：Watch out for the convenience store - they make the prices up as they go along! Better off going to the supermarket on the main road.

Review 4：A lovely apartment - we really enjoyed staying there. Pleasant restaurants at the marina about 10 mins walk away.

Review 5：The pull-out couch was not very comfortable. Our 13 and 10 year old boys just put the mattress on the floor and it worked for them.

Review 6：A safe gated community with all the amenities you need for the week. Close to parks like xcaret or xplore. Close to Akumal Beach, Playa del Carmen and Tulum. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.

Review 7：Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom is poor and there is no hot water.

Review 8：The condo is clean and well stocked...lots of towels and kitchen had everything we needed. A grocery store is a 2 minute drive away. It is as it appears in the pictures.

Review 9：Incredible stay in akumal thanks to this condo. After staying in sweaty hostels. For an extra $5 we couldn't have asked for more luxury. Owner was incredibly friendly and helpful Rooms were amazing. Location was amazing And rooftop deck with hot tub an added bonus to a great stay Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying again soon
