Review 1：I'm not a fun to spent a day through near to pool. But this is my problem!

Review 5：Saturday night and when we came down at 9:45 pm there was no dinner to be had. We had looked forward to that experience but when we checked in we were not told the times they were open.the location is near a town but we had not wanted to drive at all and not 3 km. sulfur smell in room.

Review 7：A bed preference is very personal and mine and my husband's is for a softer mattress rather than a firmer one. But the bed was good if not exactly to our tastes.

Review 8：I loved spending time in the thermal pools which as an eczema sufferer were very good for my skin. The service was excellent and he hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My husband and I went to the small but pretty local town one night for dinner and had a superb meal. We also ate in the hotel's Michelin starred restaurant where the food was excellent. There didn't seem to be time to fit in any treatments but we will certainly be back for more.

Review 9：The spa was great! However use of cell phones should be strongly prohibited in the pool. I was having a wonderful time and a lady stayed on the phone for a long time which negatively impacted what could have been an exhilarating experience. Also water turned my silver jewelry black. There needs to be warnings listed at the pool that the suffer could turn your jewelry black. Although I was very upset the staff had it polished and the jewelry looked great!

Review 13：Very friendly staff willing to go an extra mile to accomodate your needs. Excellent breakfast and dinner, very quiet at nights, therefore excellent sleep. Overall a good place to relax.

Review 14：There is no transport available to get to the train/bus station or nearest village/ town. The hotel can hire a driver, but it cost 120 Euro for the 40 min drive to Orbetello! So, without a car, it is extremely expensive, especially, the prices for the food in the hotel are super high (coffee is 10 Euros!) and there is nothing else around.

Review 26：There is not much to do dor the children. The playground is quite poor and there is not even a sand box or anything do this sort. It would be a great advantage since there are a lot of children in Saturnia. Also at the reception the advise about restaurants isn't great at all, it seems that they only want us to stay at the hotel and don't tend to suggest anything good apart from one local restaurant on town. This is a big downfall since if someone is there for few weeks, they can't always go to the same restaurant in the hotel.

Review 27：We had a great stay, as always, since it's probably our 6th time at the facility. The staff is always very attentive and helpful which makes a great difference. The treatments were very nice and I felt regenerated and relaxed after leaving. Very attentive staff in the restaurant as well.
