Review 1：Staff didn't speak English. Outside on the window there were bugs... Luckily there was a mosquito net and they couldn't get in. :)

Review 3：A long way outside Modena city. No bus, no train and no shuttle transport arranged by the hotel. Dependent on taxis. They have to be called and it may take some time before showing up. Price and driving time to the old city, approximately 20 € and 15 minutes, respectively.

Review 4：Friendly staff. Adequate clean rooms without any luxury. Good and cheap Italian restaurant next door.

Review 5：Very small room without light lamps on ceiling, bugs in bathroom, mini bar with fridge which could be opened only if you're a "Spider man" and have glue type hands, as holder is abscent.

Review 6：This surpassed expectations and the rooms were big, clean and comfy. Great value for money with a brilliant breakfast included, wifi and not far from Modena town centre. Extra praise to the lady who was at breakfast who made us feel extremely welcome, was very kind and restored our faith in humanity! We would very much like her to see this message :)

Review 17：Never again!- hotel does not correspond to 4 stars standard - should be listed as 3-stars - after 9 (on saturday!) it was not possible to have breakfast, answer was "it is written" - parking not guarded, answer was "it is written", but in the advertising they write that is guarded for 60 cars, and it is not true. - the water of the shower was just lukewarm, impossible to take hot shower. conclusion? NEVER AGAIN! no wonder that the hotel was practically empty....

Review 18：We booked a superior room and they tried to put us in a standard room on arrival, upon complaining it was fixed but this hotel is nowhere near four star in Australia ( maybe two). It was noisy, uncomfortable and poorly presented

It is clean but cheaply made.In Bulgaria we consider such hotels as hostels. Probably thats thestandard in Italy. However, it was clean you good enough for short stayon a business trip there. Good value for money

Review 22：There was a young lady at the reception that was really friendly andhelpful. The room was really clean and had everything you need for ashort stay.

Review 23：Two level room we had (for 3 persons) was spacious, but bit empty. Lightning could be more friendly - no comfortable place to read a book in the evening. Rather small bathroom.
