Review 1：That our Italian is horrible, and the proprietor's English is limited so communication was a little difficult - but it's all part of the adventure!
Review 2：Location was perfect in the old part of town, not far from sights or the train station. The restaurants below on our street were closed while we were there so at other times noise might be an issue, but for us it was the quietest place we stayed on our trip in Italy. Proprietor very nice and accommodating. We'd encountered some pretty hard beds up to now, so the memory foam was a very welcome treat!!

Review 4：We had a very good time in the B&B, it is situated in the very nice old town of Tirano; only 10 min. walking distance of the train station. The owner is very friendly (he speaks Italian, and a combination of some German and some English). The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom is newly renovated (nice, clean and spaceous!). A very good experience!
