Review 1：The service was exemplary. They took us and brought us back to the port. Breakfast was wonderful and sitting on the patio added the magical atmosphere of the hotel.

Review 2：The negative was the pool man dressed in red everyday. Was very rude. We weren't allowed to dive. No signage and he proceeded to sweep the excess water scowling and grunting under his breath. Also they charged us 3 euro for usage for each pool towel. No one made us aware. The 4 of us were charged for usage of 3 towels each 36 euro. I refused to pay so only paid for one towel each. No hotel has ever charged us for towels. They have a pool !!!!!!!

To name a few: the fact that they turn your A/C on before you check in and find a perfectly cool room to greet you; the clothes horse to dry swimsuits and towels which each room is provided with; the tap to rinse your feet off from the sand on your way back up to your room; the amount and quality of the toiletries provided, including intimate wash; the waiter service by the pool... And all in a splendid location just off an amazing beach, with the most helpful and obliging staff while paying such reasonable rates! We were in awe! Will definitely be back! Grazie Signra. Antonella and the rest of the staff who went out of their way to help us at any given opportunity, even getting some stubborn prawn stains out of my husband's shorts. Well done to you all!

Review 6：I informed the hotel that it was going to be part of our honeymoon and that i would have appreciated if they tried to make it special.... Well, all i got was two separate beds.... Amazing how lazy these people are.

Review 8：All the beautiful panorama, the peace and the service at "Les Sables Noir". The receptionist was really nice and helpful to explain about the islands. Giovanna from the breakfast room, so nice always smiling a pleasure to find a person like her first in the morning and the barman that was intertaining us with his lovely cocktails.

Review 9：That we had to pay for extra towels of the beach.

Review 10：The location. The amazing view from the room. The rooftop bar. The beach (even though no one warned us about the jellyfishes until we felt the pain). The pool and its view of the vulcano. The breakfast.

Review 11：The extra for using sunbeds on the beach (10 euro per day for umbrellaand 2 sunbeds). WiFi could get quite slow in the evening "rushhours".

Breakfast was the best I ever had at ahotel, with a wide selection of sweet and salty items of very highquality. A pool, which can be considered a luxury on this island withsuch limited natural resources.

Review 15：Disco on roof terrace of hotel not consonant with a residential hotel, and with the relaxing peaceful surroundings of the sunset bay. The kind, quality and especially the volume of music played was quite wild, especially on Sunday 10 August, 2014 when noise was unbearable, and we had to go away from hotel for several hours.

Review 23：Be carefull when choosing to visit the island in September - the weather can change unexpectedly, making the access quite difficult (ferries cancel their stop at Vulcano island on bad weather).

Review 24：Extraordinary location! Breath tacking view of the golf, vulcano and nearby islands. The black sand beach is one of the most gorgeous I have ever seen.
