Review 3：At breakfast in the morning, the coffee machine was most annoying and needed replacement with a new modern machine! I'm sure this has been taken care of by now!

Review 12：Location location location.. Next to tram stop and you don't have to walk more than 10 steps! The apartment itself is huge, bright, clean, and modern designed. We loved it so much.

Review 18：It's a 15 min into the centre of Modena but not a very picturesque walk, take a taxi. That said it's a lovely hotel and high quality interior. Good car parking also.

Review 19：The older staff member was grumpy and appeared to not be enjoying his job. Treated us as if we were a nuisance to his day. The hotel was very tired and the corridors smelt of stale air or smokers. The decor was also very dated and I don't believe the hotel had been completely refurbished in early 2000 - more like 1980.

Review 59：Garage spaces are very tight indeed. Normal sized cars completely fill a bay, leaving no room to open doors if the adjacent bay is occupied. This really does mean literally no room to open a door... As our visit was to check the hotel facilities for a Maserati group visit, this became very important to know!

Review 73：This hotel is 4 star and normally charges much more. There are reductions at weekends which therefore make it a good option.

Review 74：We had to leave the hotel at 6.30am to get the coach from Modena coach station and even though we were entitled to have a breakfast, the staff were unwilling to let us pop in to the breakfast hall to grab something or even pack it in our bags which we thought was a little harsh. The staff were not as accommodating as hotel staff we have met previously.

Review 76：I tried to drop off my luggage in the morning because I had an appointment in another city. The receptionist was bothered and I waited and waited. Finally after 15 minutes, she opened the door to let me drop off my luggage. I had to check into 4 different rooms because the first one had no TV, the second one smelled like smoke, the third one had no TV and finally we found one with everything in order.

Review 77：The air conditioning in the room was terrible. Had to call several times to lower the temperature since it was hotter in the room that outside. Evidently found out after several attempts that the front desk controls the room temperature. Very Bad.
