Review 1：Initially it was hard to contact the owner/agent.
Review 2：Just out of town, with access to everything we wanted, but very private and quiet. For most of the time we had the place to ourselves.
Review 3：We stayed from tuesday til monday to guide a group of clients of ours in this region. Therefore we choose an accomodation with wifi. But on thursday early in the evening the wifi quit. According to the owner a problem with the provider, but on monday the internet still wasn't working. Not nice when you have business to do. Secondly, the remote control of the automatic gate did not work the way it should. We had to call the owner seveal times to get in or out of the gate with our car. Last time this happend was 22.00 and the owner refused to come and let us out. We had to wake up other guests in the building to open the gate. Very bad! When you install a gate to keep out animals and strangers, it should work properly and allow your guests to get in and out without delay. So that's the reason for he low score on comfort, price and staff.

Review 9：It is cozy and well equipped. There is no separate living room, but the spacious kitchen also has sofas. The owner was really kind. It is a great location to explore Toscana.
