Review 1：The garden / play area / pool and surrounds could do with a makeover / re-landscaping - hopefully with the new building development this is planned. Also car parking is a nightmare at peak periods where you risk getting blocked in.

Review 2：We look for value for money and I would say that in general we got it. Staff in general were helpful and friendly, food was quite acceptable, room was good and in general we got what we paid for.

Review 3：This hotel right from the start was a disappointment. The parking isover crowded. I stay here for 5 nights and of the 5, 4 mornings I wascalled to go move my car. They do not even offer to keep the keys foryou to prevent this. So, if you don't want to be woken up, toobad... Horrible. The hotel has 2 additional buildings underconstruction. The place looks nothing like their photos. The room wasmuch smaller than I had anticipated. I had the junior suite as we weretraveling as a party of 3. The extra bed is a single fold out chair. Thebalcony view... What view? All you could see was a large pine tree andliterally nothing else. The pool was very small. There are never anytowels because they seem to be given out and no one collects them untilthe end of the day. So, if you want a towel, it's best to bring yourown. Also, don't expect to use the beach...the private beach youhave to pay 10 euros to utilize. Yes, even though it's for the hoteland you are a guest, you have to pay 10 euros to use the beach. And thefree section for the beach is 50 feet away in the grass... Bugs!!! Ohyeah, you are going to get bug bites too. This was very annoying!!! Thisplace is not a place I would ever recommend to anyone. This should be a3 star hotel at half the price!

Review 5：We didn't get the room type we booked via booking.com but they provided us with discount to the room they had for us. Air conditioner in the room worked occasionally. Safe didn't work, so they changed, but new one didn't work as well.

Review 7：Arrived before the official check-in time - the manager at the reception desk allocated us a room for 2 even though there were 3 of us but staff sorted this out when we complained. Did not leave a good first impression in spite of the free dinner they gave us as an apology.

Review 9：The hotel is next to a huge constuction site. Entrance from the town is literally through the construction site. The airconditioning in our room was not working well making it hard to sleep at night. There was no still water in our minibar, only fizzy one. And even fizzy water was not replaced during our 3-nights stay, leaving us without any drinking water; at the reception they could only offer me a tap water - they did not have any bottled water at all!

Review 12：The hotel was excellent, with very attentive, friendly and helpful staff, clean bedrooms and other areas, nice garden and pool facilities, reserved beach area with lovely sea swimming, excellent position in the town and very adequate breakfast. The live music at night was excellent - the best I've come across!

Review 17：Unfortunately and as part of the current Montenegrin boom there is a lot of building going on. Petrovac is lovely and has not escaped this and a monster sized hotel is going up next door. I'm aware that building work stopped over the summer and mid October is not unreasonable for builders but I was surprised that they worked all day Saturday and Sunday (this wouldn't happen in Croatia). The noise echoed across the beach...

Review 18：Staff were great - epecially the reception staff. We had a huge upgrade to a suite which was fantastic - 2 balconies - TV in both bedroom and sitting room, huge storage space etc. Beautiful trees and greenery around the hotel. Direct access to beach. Great breakfast buffet although hot items needed to be kept warmer.

Review 19：the town and the hotel is full of russian tourists. And when i say full it literally means 95%. Staff first talk to you in russian. this is nothing against the hotel but the location. un finished buildings around and badely cleaned beaches... and way over priced for all this is what you will get in this zone..

Review 30：Homeless cats wondering around and asking for food, some places around smell quite strongly because of the cats. The food was not impressive and even omelette and scrambled eggs didn't taste natural. Tea is always served in teabags, even green which I didn't appreciate.

Review 31：The hotel is very close to the beach and has a nice restaurant with live music which we enjoyed almost every evening. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms and balconies. They have amazing view over mountains and having breakfast by the swimming pool was my favorite part of the day. Outdoors is very beautiful, very looked after, the garden and swimming pool area. Reception was very helpful and transfer from airport very convenient.

Review 32：The booking did not go through so were put to an alternative hotel for the night, not so good I am afraid but the staff took us there and collected us in the morning, thereafter it was pretty smooth. Only criticism is the bookings and there was a poor system in place for reception staff to make bookings decisions.

Review 34：Auwfull cat's smell everywhere (even in the hotel building) with a lot of cats everywhere (I am afraid of cats and it was rather difficult for me)! Animation for children is very poor - almost absent: there is nice small wooden house for children (with TV, toys, books etc), and also nice children playground but it's under the direct sun without any trees or umbrellas (so it's not possible to play their during day time under direct sunshining), but all children programms their almost never doesn't work! Two ladies their (like animators) just are their, almost doing nothing. No special programms (you can read about them in the list in your room, but they don't go), no children's disco etc. One more small detail - there is almost no information about the hotel, restaurant menu etc in the room - it's not comfortable, every time you have a question you must call to the reception desk (I would like to know all information by myself from the information book in the room).

Review 35：The location is the best in Petrovac - between two beaches (main Petrovac beach and the beach Lucice). Cleaning on the whole places in the hotel is very good. Breakfast are the same every day, but the choise and quality is also very good.
