Review 1：The elevator is small, that is our only complaint.
Review 2：Staff was super friendly to us and especially our baby, bar service was good with complimentary snacks, the room was clean and comfortable.

Review 7：It was a little bit further from the centre of town than I had imagined, but the proximity to the basilica and value for money makes up for this in my opinion.
Review 8：The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We were in one of the top rooms and had a stunning view of the basilica from our skylight. The staff were fantastically helpful and we were given a lovely bottle of local wine on our departure, despite the fact that we had only stayed one night.
Review 9：The soundproofing was poor. I could hear the conversation at any place of the hallway, and I woke up when my neighbors did.

Review 13：Nothing I did not like apart from some ignorant guests who talked so loud at the corridor which is not the hotel's fault. The walls are rather thin as you can hear the guests next room talking ;-) Not an issue for me as I use ear plugs ;-)
Review 14：Clean bed, good shower and hearty breakfast. Friendly staff who prepared breakfast earlier than official time so that I can have a great breakfast to start my day with before leaving the hotel to Livigno in early hour. I just love the Italian warmth and friendliness ! Can feel someone does care for you when you are traveling alone ! The hotel is about 12 minutes walk from the train station right at the Basilica Piazza. Easily found even without a map ;-) Will be back to the hotel when in Tirano again. Everyone is so helpful and friendly there including the bus driver who told me the names of all the villages along the way from Tirano to Bormio. Excellent place ;-) Well done Tirano ;-)
