Review 1：Breakfast is poor and lots of flies. Sauna has low temperature, because of loose door, had to use Turkish instead.

Review 2：Close to beach. Spa. Big clean room. No loud noises nearby.

Review 3：The majority of the staff, not all, were surly and quite unfriendly there was no warmth or welcome. To be honest it felt like the place was shutting up shop for the season and no on could really be bothered, fountains had been shut off the indoor pool was freezing, the Jacuzzi was switched off and when asked they said that it was in fact being used as a children's pool, in a Spa! Really! The carpets on the stairs and hallways are stained and dirty and look like they need a good clean.

Review 4：The location being slightly raised from the front and the view from some of the rooms over the bay was lovely. It was my friends Birthday on one day and they left her a lovely cake, which was very thoughtful.

Review 5：Room decor was a little tired (admittedly we had an economy room as it was the only one left so perhaps this was why); not much room to lie around the pool if you want to avoid the splash zone...

Review 6：Rooms very spacious; balconies get lots of sun in the morning; pool gets sun til about 3pm (August); breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold food; view from balcony is lovely; Ambassador restaurant is great; location is really good in that it's right next to the restaurants and coast; staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 7：It is perfect for one week, everything is in good condition and the people are very friendly, perfect location, stairs to the beach are perfect located, food very good.

Review 8：It is just a very difficult place to get to as there is only one road in and out and the traffic can block the entrance to the street.

Review 12：Petrovac is a lovely place (what I cannot say about Budva which looks like one big holiday-bazar with Chinese t-shirts and toys). The only think I can complain is the beach which is crowded, but it is rather typical. The hotel is located in peaceful surrounding, away from any building constructions (be careful - in Petrovac there are some huge hotels under construction). Nice simming pool. Great breakfasts.

Review 15：The location was ideal, and the room was perfect for a family of 4, although the extra bed was not fully made up on the first night and some minor repairs are needed e.g. interconnecting door not closing fully, loose handle on wardrobe. Breakfast was excellent and the facilities, indoor pool and spa were very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Review 16：The hotel front desk staff was very unfriendly. Upon our arrival, we were not allowed to park in front of the hotel in the parking lot and were asked to park somewhere else. The Spa and swimming pool area was supposed to close at 9pm, when we arrived at 8:15pm, they told us it was already closed (lady also did not speak any English. Most staff does not seem to speak English. TV did not work in the room. Breakfast was mediocre.

Review 17：They upgraded us to an apartment as there were almost no guests at this hotel during our stay. The wifi worked well.

Review 21：Huge room, very clean hotel with lovely, helpful staff + excellent breakfast. Off season visit so Petrovac is very quiet at this time with close drive to Budva if more activity is desired. The hotel is centrally located in this small town so a mid/high season visit will find you with many more people (we previously visit in August). Recommend, look forward to future visit!

Review 22：We spent 2 days at Monte Casa and everything was fantastic. This was our third visit of Monte Casa so far, and we will come here again for sure! Hotel is very clean, cosy, luxurious, but with reasonable prices. Breaksfast was excellent, with variety of tasty food! Staff in restaurant is very kind and helpful! Also lady and genteleman on the reception were so kind and polite, and they made us feel like home. We got upgrade of the room (I guess because we already visited Monte Casa several times before), so we got BEAUTIFUL large apratment on 4th floor with see view! SPA is excellent, maybe pool water could be slightly warmer. SPA staff also excellent and kind! I fully recommend to visit Monte Casa. I will do it again definitely!

Review 23：Unfortunately language was a barrier. Tough to enquire about food and spa (massage) options as we can't speak Montenegrin. Despite trying to enquire, for this reason, we did not eat at the restaurant or book in for a massage.

Review 24：Reception staff were really lovely and upgraded us! Room was sensational, so big, clean and luxurious. Great pool and sauna facilities in hotel. Beautiful quiet, relaxing location and fantastic hotel to unwind.

Review 25：The wifi is hit or miss. Sometimes its really fast and some times it is extremely slow or even shuts off. While I was there we had a few days of flooding so that may have played a part in the power problems but all in all, I enjoyed my stay.

Review 26：Everything there is clean and orderly, the people are nice and they speak a variety of languages to help you in your travels. In my time there, it was peaceful and quite, not kids running around screaming or anything like that and the view from my room was outstanding. Would go back again!

Review 27：I booked a studio which should have included a kitchenette. The only appliance it had was an electric kettle. Only English channel on the Satellite TV was BBC world news as the system is set up for Russian guests.

Review 29：We'd like to take this opportunity to inform you that we've been very disappointed with the Monte Casa hotel. The main issue is that the studio we booked - as well as all the other front-sea appartments - are exposed to extremely loud music each night until 1AM coming from a new club located just below the hotel. In our situation with a baby boy of 2 years old this was clearly not acceptable and this is why we moved to a lower-standing studio. This one was much smaller than the previous one, with no bathtub, a parking view and infested with ants. We don't think that the 200 euros are a fair compensation for the inconvenience caused. We brought this up with the hotel staff who have been polite but helpless. We asked several times to talk to the managing director but he was always in meetings and never called us back. Clearly this hotel doesn't deserve the 4 stars it's currently granted with.

Review 30：All the people working in the hotel from my check-in until check-out. They were all amazing. Beach is perfect. Pool is clean. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There is champagne included in breacfast wich was very rich!!! Wow!

Review 49：Theres only 2 guests in the entire hotel yet the staff made the decision to not give me a room with ocean view because those were suites and i only booked a standars room. For an empty hotel the smart thing should be making the best impression at no expenses so we will tell people how wonderful the hotel was. They missed their chance for a free good advertisement. So i had the view of rooftops of other houses. Just not good customer satisfaction or business sense.

Review 50：Clean, nice spa. Its a fishing village so not touristy. If you want quietness this is good.

Review 51：Terrible hotel. First of all, don't believe to all promises, that hotel gives on its web-site. Hotel doesn't has private beach. Hotel is situated in the district with very high density of housing. You never can relax at the beach near the hotel, because of all people, which live in Petrovac, are going to this beach. In addition, the beach doesn't has the necessary equipment, even toilet! You have to take into account, that at this hotel you can't feed your child, because the quality of the meals at the hotel are really bad. Also, the hotel doesn't provide you the guarantee to sleep at night normally, because the disco is situated near the hotel and loud music is playing there till 2 AM. And, finally, when you make a decision to leave this hotel, they don't return your money.

Review 53：Очень понравилось. Все. Мне кажется у нас в России таких отелей нет, чтобы было столько внимания и столько подарков. Лучшее место отдохнуть от корпоративной суматохи и набраться энергии на год вперед. Пляжем пользовался мало, поскольку бассейн отеля с его уютными лежаками просто заменяет потребность в море, где на пляжах много всякого сброда.... Да, мало где встретишь такую спортивную программу, которая Бесплатна для гостей.. Спасибо

Review 56：Отель очень понравился. Новый, чистый, с большими номерами. Хочется отметить, что он находится в Петровце, и это плюс, тк в Будве отдыхает слишком много народу, на пляже нет места и тд Подходит для семейного и для тихого отдыха. Персонал очень профессиональный, а главное - доброжелательный. Все говорят и на русском, и на английском. Питание на завтрак очень разнообразное. Ужины вообще не похожи ни наодин в другом отеле – они какие то авторские что ли, просто замечательные. Пляж находится в 30 метрах от отеля, всегда есть в наличии лежаки и зонтики. Отель бЕСПЛАТНО выдает прекрасные и красивые полотенца всем своим гостям, что для Черногории редкость. Есть 2 больших бассейна с лежаками, очень уютно. Особенно удивило, что есть йога тренинги и для взрослых и для детей – бесплатно, попробовал, теперь хочу всерьез заняться собой. Спасибо МонтеКасе!

Review 57：extremely narrow swimming pool area, very poor breakfast service - breakfast time 7.00-10.30, at 10.00 the buffet was almost empty and at 10.30 we had to leave the breakfast room, the restaurant at the hotel had very low quality of food, solarium was off for one day, wifi available only at the lobby, the hotel doesn't dispose own beach, the guests should use the public beach which is extremely crowed
