Review 1：1. Weak wifi signal: Wifi has not been working in my room. For some reason, even my 3G network was also not working inside the house wall 2. Heating: Heater is covered by the curtain, which decreases the effect of heating. I visited in February, and it made me to feel cold while sleeping.

Review 5：We stayed one night on 17 Oct, we were arranged a room outside of castle, actually I didn't know they have room outside of castle so I details checked my booking found that i booked double room is outside of castle, only superior room is inside of castle but at the same time i found booking.com sell double room only 56 euro on that day n almost whole Oct from 56-75 euro for double room, i don't know how come i paid 125 euro for the same room book it on Aug. They totally not respect of early bird booking. Recommend no need to book in advance for this hotel when low season. Besides, we asked the reception staff about the guide tour to visit the castle n wine tasting that is included room rate , she replied will hold it at 3 pm n 4:30 pm we told her we join 4:30, she asked us go to the wine shop then. When we went to the wine shop met the reception staff is taking her car saying goodbye to us, arrived the wine shop at 4:25 the staff who is working in wine shop said that no any tour hold today n asked us walk around n take photos ourself. OMG what a bad service!!! At the end i can't visit the castle n cant join any tour.
Review 6：Rooms in Castle dark and dingy. Breakfast poor, at a charge of 12 euros coffee undrinkable, dry bread rolls and very over three days no variety. As a Hotel it is overpriced for the services provided

Review 9：We loved the view, couldn't get enough of it. The pools were situated in such a unique and fantastic way to get a great view of both the Castle and the Vineyards. My daughter who is 10, enjoyed the thought of being in a Castle, which is very well kept. The winery was also a neat experience. The restaurant was amazing. Great experience overall.

Review 16：You will feel very depressed if you late arrive (7.30pm) to Meleto, prepare to accept restaurant is closed! No bar, no lounge area. If you want to go out to dinner, you have to try hard. Roads are very dark without road light!!
Review 17：Stayed 1 night - 6 November 2013 (traveled as a couple) We had a fantastic time at Castelllo Di Meleto, which is an authentic Italian castle in Tuscany We recommend who are looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We have book "Double room inside the castle", but seem free upgrade to Superior Double Room "1". The views are great. The complimentary bottle of wine and cantuccini was really nice. What you find inside bathroom - Grape essence Wine Therapy toiletries. Really suprised The tour of the castle was fantastic and the wine tasting was great. A big thank you. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
