Review 1：We had a great room over looking the beach. Close to eateries and the town centre. In all, a great location.Will certainly stay there again and for a longer stay.

Review 2：Our check in was meant to be at 2 pm. We were there about an hour early and the room wasn't ready which was fine with us. We went and waited in the car and did some grocery shopping. At 2 pm the room still wasn't ready so we waited in the car. We were offered another apartment not up to the same standard as the one we had booked....and no mention of a discount so I declined. By 3 pm we were getting really impatient and upon pushing we were told that we could go up but the floors had just been mopped so would be wet. We didn't care at that point since we'd been on the road since 3 am with a 2 year old and we just wanted to get settled and start our holiday. Unfortunately, during our stay we were not able to make use of the outside balcony as often as we would have liked nor were we able to leave the big glass doors open due to the gentleman in the next unit to the right smoking to our side and all the smoke being blown into our apartment. Additionally, when we did have the doors open, the gentleman could see right into our apartment and I found that seriously creepy.

Review 3：The apartment was nicely located right across from the beach. There were coffee shops and takeaways nearby and a lovely waterpark for the kids across the road.

Review 4：Washing machine was out of order and carpet was damp and a bit musty smelling. Obviously from a washing machine overflow.Windows needed cleaning and there were scuff marks on walls and doors. Instructions on how to use the stove would be helpful as it isn't a common style of operation.

Review 6：Not a lot of sun beds at the pool area. A shame you can not see the ocean from the roof top pool area. These are very minor points....

Review 7：The view was amazing and the appartment was luxurious and very practical. The location was also perfect to go for a walk on the beach or to walk to the very nice local clothing and gift shops.

Review 8：My fridge had a terrible smell of rotton fish and when I commented at the desk they pretty much brushed it off which I found very unprofessional especially when you have apartments that are a high standard.

Review 9：the absolute beachfront views were stunning and the location was superb with a coffee club, fish and chip shop, thai restaurant, icecream store and bistros about 50 metres away. the 3 bedroom penthouse had three bathrooms, lovely modern fixtures and large rooms and a large balcony. Definitely would return again. The staff were also excellent from the moment we arrived.

Review 14：On arrival we realized we didnt have an ocean front room, however the manager was very happy to put us in a different room with ocean views and at a reduced price due to construction out the front at the time. Very friendly and helpful staff also. I needed a softer mattress and the housekeeper very happily obliged by putting a quilt under sheet for a softer top to mattress. Girls at desk, mainly Grace, were great at giving tips for things to do in the area. The unit was located in a central location to shops, restaurants, cafes and directly across from the beach. So convenient to have coffee club underneath for that quick and easy coffee on the run. We are a family who appreciate clean facilities and Echelon lived up to that. Will definately come back here next trip to Yeppoon.

Review 15：The only thing wrong with the weekend was the windy weather. The lift was sometime slow if I need to say anything.

Review 19：Having worked in a motel before myself I was very dissapointed in the lack of service and personal touch. The staff were advised well in advance that my booking was for my wedding, having my bridesmaids stay with me on the 1st night then my husband on the second night however when I asked for fresh towels for us newlyweds to use after our wedding I was told I would be charged $5 for them... it wasn't the $5 that worried me after all it is only $5 just thought they would be more hospitable knowing the type of booking and knowing all the towels would have been used by the 4 other people the night before. They didnt make my day special at all and didnt go out of their way for anything. They stated rooms are only services if you stay over 7 days... first i have ever heard of that nonsense specially paying $530 for 2 nights.

Review 20：Loved the view and the set up of the apartments. Location is a plus being in the centre of town and across from main beach.

Charged 3% extra for using Amex - explained it was not noted anywhere of the additional charge and showed email from booking.com. Young girl said she would speak to manager and get them to call me - well it's 3 days later and no call yet!!

Review 45：The convenience of a full kitchen, laundry and two bathrooms made it feel a home away from home for a mini family get away. Really nice complex and the pool was lovely.

Review 46：First room was located at the rear of the building. It had an issue with the toilet. I asked to be moved to another room. Initially this was declined and they insisted they would fix it. One attempt failed and again I asked to be moved to another room. Eventually the manager agreed. The new room was great. No problem after that.
