Review 1：Very centrally located just off the pedestrian promenade. Staff are very friendly and speak English well. Rooms are clean and comfortable and warm (this is November)

Review 2：I heard some noise from the street and from the corridor. However, the street is calm and there are not many neighbours at the hotel, so it is not a real concern.

Review 3：The hotel courtyard is beautiful and cosy. All of the staff I met was very friendly and spoke English fluently. The reception operates 24 hours, even though the hotel is very small. The air conditioner worked great. The Wi-Fi was also good.

Review 9：Everything was great about this hotel! Yes, the location was perfect, and the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean...but it was staff that made my stay so memorable. They were so lovely, friendly, welcoming and helpful!

Review 13：The location is perfect. Shirok Sokak is around the corner but still quite enough to have a good nights sleep. The staff are wonderful and so friendly and took my suitcase up to my room which normally I have to do it myself. The little courtyard with the grapevine is lovely to sit and relax.

Review 19：The rooms have a little bit the charme of a youth hostel or hotel from Communist times. They are ok, but the towels were the roughest I encountered on a five week trip through the Balkans and some of the other equipment and furniture should be updated as well. No big deal though, I would still book again.

Review 62：Newly refurbished, everything worked well. When I asked, they changed my room from ground to second floor which I prefer. They lent me a bowl and spoon for my muesli, even though I wasn't having their breakfast.

Review 63：The only problem we had was not with the hotel but our GPS. Recommend that you print the street maps for the area around Tokin house to save confusion and to avoid driving around in circles.

All spoke excellent English and wanted to do all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Loved Bitola and Tokin House.
