Review 2：This is a fantastic hotel. For some strange reason its rated only 4 star - it should be 5 or better. Room was spacious and clean and above all Quiet. And the included breakfast was extensive all you can eat and delicious.

Review 3：Old quarter. Narrow streets window boxes full of flowers. Wonderful staff, great breakfast. Close to Bernina Express. Old building with modern interior.

Review 6：Minor points was a crampt breakfast room if busy, narror streets and parking maybe a problem. Church bells go off at during the night if a light sleeper. Give yourself plenty of time to book tickets for train as there is only a small ticket office. Overall an excellent hotel and place to stay

Review 7：Ten minute walk from railway station although cobbled streets, not easy with a case. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Good central stop for cars, bike owners and bernini express. Good breakfast and receptionist very hepful. Best thing was the jacuzzi bath.

Review 8：The receptionist was extremely kind and supportive. She speaks fluent English, which you can't expect everywhere in Italy. Wellness cellar is very nice. Definitely wirth it.

Review 18：We were made very welcome on our arrival and, although the parking available was 80 meters away we were able to park at the door long enough to unload the luggage so it was not a problem. The breakfast was very nice, and although the restaurant was not open of an evening the hotel staff suggested a restaurant only 50 meters away that served excellent pasta and local dishes and was very enjoyable.

Review 20：Hotel is very central and in the old town and we are so glad we stayed in this area. Great restaurants nearby, fabulous hospitality from everyone we met. Tirano was such a beautiful surprise. Would definitely visit again and definitely stay at Hotel Centrale.

Review 21：Check in: it ends at 9 pm, we arrived a bit later and had to wait for the receptionist to come from another building and she complained intensively because we were late and how lucky we were to have a room after check in time, even though we payed in full in advance, she said they were allowed to give our room to someone else after 9 pm. Room: Not like the pictures, was very small, with a garage size door that opened to the back alley, hard mattress. Breakfast: Instant coffee and no eggs.

Review 22：After reading such wonderful reviews I booked this hotel for a romantic gate away, but I was disappointed. The hotel is clean and well located.

Review 23：Room 15& 16 - maybe we were unlucky.... Luke warm shower in 1 room, broken shower in the other, air conditioning broken - could not turn off or adjust....freezing!, interconnecting rooms weren't really interconnecting- just a glass see through door outside the 2 normal entry doors- people could see in, so couldn't leave individual room doors open so my husband had to sleep in room with our son, the view- external staircase, the noise- loud banging at night and church bells.

Review 75：Hotel Centrale – very well set up hotel, nice room, good amenities (but no iron), lovely helpful staff members, and an excellent breakfast, BUT NO AIR CONDITIONING! Hotel management had decided “it was not needed” and had turned the whole system off. As a result, a hot stuffy room and uncomfortable night. An opened window helped a little, but the noise of nearby neighbours arguing and music from a nearby music event lasted until late night. Also, incredibly, in today’s world, WiFi that does not function properly. On my trip, I have stayed at eight hotels throughout Europe, UK, and USA, and used WiFi at several public venues, and my lap top has worked with all of them, but not Hotel Centrale! No sending emails, and no internet access. Even the hotel’s own computer was unable to access my web mail. A very disappointing overnight stay at a hotel that has much to offer.

Review 76：We loved this little picturesque town, and the hotel made it a pleasure to have the day here before catching the scenic train to Switzerland. It is set in the old town,an easy walk from the train station,but it is a new building so all features are fresh and comfortable. Great bed and stylish bathroom with a pretty breakfast room. Close by is a simple local restaurant with very good food, and a few interesting shops. We enjoyed Tirano & recommend this hotel.
