Review 1：The restaurant was great but a little expensive. Once again, the staff was great.

Review 2：This hotel, although not new, was very comfortable. The hotel personnel were very helpful and courteous. I would stay here again.

Review 3：Quiet place within a vacation condo area at playa aveuras. Nice room, we had a whirlpool and hammock on the balcony!!! Good gym and pool bar. Friendly personell. Restaurant in the hotel good, more restaurants close

Review 4：Needlessly being ripped off at every opportunity. One example, with the included breakfast, there is a bottle of water on the table. I had one small glass and then informed that this was 100 peso, equivalent £4. Also ripped off on room service when I asked for some pineapple which turned out to cost more than an entire pizza. You pay enough to stay there, no need to squeeze every last peso out of their guests.

Review 5：One or two of the staff were very nice. Hot tub was good, if a little unclean. Location is very good, right on the beach.

Review 6：It is advisable to pick a room on the seaside as rooms on the garden/marina side can be quite loud in the evenings (live acts every night in the restaurants. In case you are looking for a holiday on a great beach - it may not be the right spot (small sand beach, water not as clean as in other places because of the port).

Review 7：The resort was very nice. The rooms are very luxury and hugh although they are not new. The staff is very friendly and extraordinary helpful. The cleaning staff prepares/cleans your room twice a day!! Special mentioning to Jorge at the reception who was always trying to help us in every situation. Restaurant dishes were very good and similar prices to restaurants in Puerto Aventuras. Pools are good. Gym is well equipped with several fitness machines.

Review 9：Being close to pelicans, serekes, iguanas, often wandering around! No insects. The sense of quiet and safety. The half board plan covering almost everything at any time. The proximity to the beautiful marina with bars,shops, tourist services...

Review 10：The double bed is huge but unconfortable. If your partner moves the entire mattress shakes. Over priced Restaurant is not excellent and yet expensive Very noisy rooms from the street below, and the a/c machines.

Review 16：Unfortunately, what could be an amazing experience was not really like that, since the Hotel has, apparently, some kind of agreement with some apartments nearby, which in my case result of having a group of 15-20 American guys, that were there for some-kind of fishing trip, gathered all afternoons near the Jacuzzi bar, drinking and speaking loud, sometimes using improper language. (maybe I was just unluky with the timing) Breakfast included in the tariff is a continental breakfast, very basic version, everything else you want, will be charged as extra. Although is beach front, the beach doesn't really exists since the sea level has apparently increase during the recent years. But you can still have some nice sea swims

Review 17：The room was very spacious, nice balcony with jacuzzi and hammocks. Nice pool and jacuzzi bar, Happy Hour for Drinks and even for food on specific days. Right next door to Dolphins Discovery park, from my room I could even see the Dolphins playing. Very nice and calm area, nice restaurants near the marina, not like busy Play del Carmen.

Review 18：The people at the front desk did not speak English very well. Sometimes we would ask them directions to places right there in their area (Puerto Aventuras), they had no clue what we were talking about.

Review 19：This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are beautiful and very well appointed. We were there for a wedding and I had a lot of expensive jewelry with me. It was very safe locked up in our room safe. Wait staff is very courteous. We loved the pool and the ocean pool is an added benefit. You cannot go wrong staying at the Omni, you will love it from the minute you arrive. The wedding was at the Omni and it was simply stunning!!!

Review 20：if there is something that I could say is that the transport from the airport to the complex is not easy and when you arrive tired from a long travel it's a thing you value.

Review 25：I cannot say enough good things about our stay...the spacious and nicely appointed room w private patio and hot tub, the very friendly capable staff, the dining room ...great food with your feet practically in the beautiful sandy beach. We are divers and the dive facility in c hotel complex is probably one of the best with very capable dive lpprofessionals. Will definitely stay at the Omni again.

Review 26：The main desk had a woman on duty who was not friendly and welcoming or helpful. It is a wonder that she would be working in such a position anywhere.

Review 27：We enjoyed our stay but there are two things that potential visitorsshould be made aware of. The first is that there is very little beach.It was apparently badly eroded in a hurricane and there is simply notmuch left to it. Second, there is a restaurant across from the entrancethat plays loud music nightly. They stop promptly at 11p but it can bedisturbing. Not sure if it can be heard on the ocean side but definatelythe harborside gets the noise full force.

Review 28：The staff were very nice and sweet. The location is good - far enoughfrom Cancun and Playa to get away from the over abundance of people. Theproperty is older but nicely maintained. The little "village" around theproperty is nice with several shops and restaurants.

Review 29：We booked omni because of its small hotel but was very disappointed asit is in a gated community , also it seems everyone else uses it inthe day time and found it very busy around pool beach side areas andnoisy at night
