Therasia Sea and SPA is set on the peninsula of Vulcanello, with views of the Aeolian Islands. This impressive building in white stone features a modern spa, and a private access to the sea.
Local materials have been used to build the Therasia, including molten rock from Mount Etna, Sicilian terracotta, cedar and olive wood. The rooms are elegant and decorated in soft, relaxing colors.
Guests can explore a nearby walking path of half a mile, going through Mediterranean bush, cactus, and subtropical plants. A free shuttle to the center of Vulcano and the harbor is also available.
Each room is equipped with a balcony, an LCD TV with satellite channels, and a private bathroom in lava stone and colored Sicilian tiles. Some rooms offer views of the sea and the islands.
Il Cappero restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine including Sicilian specialties. Breakfast is a generous buffet including local pastries.

Review 1：We missed our first nights stay because of delayed flights causing us to miss the last ferry to the island Limited menu choice, but top quality food with more than enough choice for a one week stay

Review 3：Only thing I can think of is that I could not get the room safe to work. I didn't think it was that important to report this, as we were only there for 2 days, but I am sure they would have fixed it immediately if I would have asked.

Review 10：From the harbor we were picked up by the hotel. On arrival we got a drink, and our luggage was directly sent to our room. We got an upgrade to a room with sea view. The hotel has a great outdoor pool, and is well maintained. The hotel has two on site restaurant which are good. The hotel has a nice SPA. You really get the feeling they want to do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a free shuttle into town like every 45 min Overall a very pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel

Review 12：People! Please don't visit this hotel with children, this hotel is foradults! Jacuzzi is for relaxing but not for kids playing there. Imhoit's very romantic place for couples.

Review 13：Everything...Deep clear blue sea, sunset, panoramic view...Very clean,nice decorated room...The staff is very friendly and helpful...Bar nearthe pool is very nice, we had lunch there every day - mozzarella andbruschetta are the best I ever had in Italy! Two other restaurants alsovery nice. We also liked spritz at terrace bar in the evening.

Review 16：The resort was very nice very pricey if you bought a mixed drink Staff were ok would of expected a little more service being a five star resort The breakfast selection was average . The rooms for a five star to me were also very average would I go back to this resort probably not.
