Review 1：When we came to the hotel (in standard check in time) nobody was on reception and on reception desk were keys with names and paper with informations only in german. Unfortunately I don´t speak german. On breakfast was only cold bufet and every day the same. It would be fain if we could order scrambled eggs or something like that (smth warm). So for this price we would expected standard hotel servis, min staff on reception.

Review 2：The room was big, very comformtable and clean so we were satisfied with accomodation. When we met staff (only on dinner), they were very polite and friendly.

Review 3：bathroom in apartment was extremely small, without proper light and hair fan as promised. Heathers turned off automatically during night, what was not convenient and it was rather cold in apartment. The hot water was not hot, rather summer warm. Food in restaurant was excellent, but service was terrible.

Review 5：Loved the saunas , the breakfast (also had a wonderful dinner there), the free tram and bus transportation, the tea and cake in the lobby when we arrived. Best bonus was the gondola to the top of the Tyrols...totally unexpected! Also, the area walking and local pub were great fun.

Review 7：We fully enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The comfortable beds and spacious rooms with superb mountain views, the lovely continental, buffet style breakfast, Joanna and Christopher the hotel owners. Nothing to dislike.

Review 16：The hotel is run by a young very friendly couple who help in every way and present top class hospitality. The rooms are large and very clean and the restaurant is very good. We saw most guests dined there even though they could have gone elsewhere. The whole Stubai valley is a great place if you are looking for relaxing in the mountains in the summer.

Review 17：Nice, spacious rooms, with very friendly personnel. The breakfast was great. You will even get free tickets to any cable-car in the Stubai valley, which was pleased surprise that we used for trip to Stubai glacier.

Review 21：Really lovely, spacious, comfortable room with private balcony. The hotel is about 25 minutes from Innsbruck by car, beautiful mountain surroundings. The breakfast was varied and fresh even towards the end of service. The hotel furnishings are modern, but cosy, could see us there for a winter break cuddling up by the fire :-)

Too bad it was foggy during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the view of the majestic mountain which I'm sure would have been great. Hope the construction site in front of the place will be completed soon to make looking out the window more pleasant.

Review 27：Internet spotty at best: don't count on it. Location: a bit in the middle of nowhere; construction going on on both sides. Limited parking.

Review 28：Great rate through Booking.com. Room is good size and comfortable. Staff is really nice and efficient. Free parking. Restaurant is decent: dishes' presentation is nice, but flavors not developed. Great breakfast.

Review 29：The pictures from the website are misleading. It is presented as pictoresce, and old-style, where in fact it is quite modern, in the restaurant as well as the bedrooms. It is in the middle of the village, and the views are obstructed by other buildings all around. There are no traditional austrian dishes on the menu, so instead of Kaiserschmalen, there were Indonesian options on the menu. Breakfast was a bare minimum. Wifi was very slow. The bathroom was dark, small and the shower did not work well, with the shower head falling off the rails

Review 31：-There was a construction next to the hotel we couldnt sleep -You can hear the sound from the other rooms -I was shocked when the stuff opened our room while we were inside and dont disturb sign was out on the door, this is not acceptable at all.

Review 34：A perfect location to explore the valley, the room is spacious and cosy and the restaurant well exceeded our expectations. And if this isn't enough, the staff will make you want to come back. We surely will.

Review 59：The faint odor of cigarette smoke is present throughout the lobby, but the room didn't have that smell. Also had to always log into wifi - it never remembered our hotel id and password - so kind of a pain, but managed.

Review 63：Although it was supposed to be non smoking we were asked if we would give permission for other guests to smoke in the lounge while we were there. We declined but we didn't like being put under pressure.The policy should be consistent. Many places in Austria allow smoking in bars and lounges, although this is improving we prefer to go to non smoking hotels.

Ok breakfest and a little food store about 100m away. 20km to Innsbruck, a little mountain train goes to (08.00-20.30). Village next to Tellfes offers wider range of restaurants, only 2-3km from hotel Montana. Free parking front of hotel.

Review 68：Good location for the nearby Mieders Coaster (down hill ride) which was the purpose of the stop over. Called ahead as we were going to arrive at midnight and keys and instructions were left in a gift bag at the rear of the hotel. Rooms had balconies which caught the morning sun.

Review 69：Rooms and breakfast area were hot (although this sort of weather only happens a couple days a year!) A little old-fashioned and worn around the edges. But to some degree that added to the quaintness of staying in the Alps.

Review 70：The price was quite good for the area, and the hotel offers 4-person rooms for families with kids, which can sometimes be hard to find. Our group had one quad and two doubles, all with lovely balconies. The included breakfast was quite nice. It was good to be able to park (for free) at the back of the hotel, with relatively easy access to get our suitcases into our rooms. We were only there for one night, on our way from Germany to the Italian Alps. No real wow factor for this hotel, except for the views, but everything was fairly comfortable. Our big group of grandparents, grandchildren, and parents all enjoyed the Mieders Rodelbahn (summer alpine slide) just a few kilometers away.

Review 71：If you are looking for evening stuffs, Telfes is a very small and quiet center. Nevertheless , in Telfes there are strictly necessary stuffs as ATM, a small Spar shop, a park for the children.
