Review 1：Owner not there to welcome us and open the place. Poor location and dark room. Wifi not available until requested amd no-one present until the next day to switch it on.

Review 3：Great location near the lake. The owner is very helpful and kind. We loved our stay in Marta and will be back. My sister lives in the town, and we have visited many times.
