Review 1：the non-restored rooms where my friends were accommodated.

Review 2：Beautiful, clean and very comfortable the restored rooms. I had the luck to accommodate in one of them. "Honest" the breakfast buffet (even if a little poor) Comfortable position - within walking distance from the train station.

Review 6：The lady on reception when I arrived was warm and welcoming. She did all she could to make my stay great. I also received a free room upgrade and that made my day. My room was beautiful and extremely pleasant to stay in.

Review 11：Breakfest could be better, Employer could be more happy. the disco of 4 euro for the bernina restaurant will be use for the "seat" tax in the restaurant. we heard the neighbours, also some strange sounds during the night.

Review 12：4.Etage Superior Doppelzimmer, Television, free Wifi worked well, close to trainstation, many shopping possibilities around the hotel including supermarked. the 4euro dicount in the bernina hotel. We didn't hear the street.

Review 14：Very modern and comfortable room, recently renovated. Excellent cold breakfast included; best we have had in 7 weeks of travelling Switzerland, Italy and Paris. Great value and a short walk from train station. Recommend fir the old town and for travelling Bernina Express. (Station staff excellent also!)

Review 33：Staff at reception were very rude and unhelpful. Had problems with safe. Staff shrugged shoulders and said She didn't know. Fridge wasn't working. Reception said they had to see it to confirm it wasn't working. No one arrived. Weather conditions were very hot. No aircon or fans. Had to leave windows open. Very noisy. Poor sleep. Breakfast adequate, but supplies were not replenished and unhelpful staff member wasn't interested in restocking platters. Went to buy a coffee from coffee bar. Service staff pulled out her mobile phone, looked at scene and walked away. No service provided.

Review 34：Hotel had been renovated. Room was lovely with view over the mountains. Everything was clean and new.

Review 35：I had an upgraded room with comfortable furnishings and a bath almost as big as the room. Large shower. Breakfast buffet good. Hotel is a few block walk from Bernina and Italian rail stations. Several good restaurants within close walking distance.

Review 48：One if the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Literally across the road from the train station. Cannot flaw the service of the staff. Had breakfast at the restaurant, I've been travelling for weeks and by far the best breakfast yet, fresh fruit included and it tasted like it had just been picked. Also had dinner, best meal I've ever had, the spaghetti bolognese was cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 54：A good cosy hotel situated on the roots of beautiful Alps. Short distance to Stelvio, Switzerland and other nice alpine regions. Good choice for an one or two nights stay. Good choice also for motor bikers, parking of bikes in garage.
