Review 1：Breakfast was indifferent. Annex rooms have no WIFI.

Review 2：Set in picturesque grounds, the rooms are elegant, clean and well furnished. Gym and spa facilities are very good.

Review 3：Unlike most of the other guests we did not have a car and were placed in an alternate building quite a walk from the main building that has the spa and eating facilities.

Review 5：Our room was 1/4 mile from the main building and the booking clearly said there is shuttle service - there isn't. They were unhelpful about this even after we showed them the info on the website! Breakfast was served until 10, but they ran out of things well before that. The water in the jacuzzi was not hot - Luke warm at best.

Review 13：The only negative was that our bed was very squeaky meaning it was difficult to get a good nights rest without being woken up by the bed creaking as you rolled over. The bedroom itself was fantastic - just make sure to check the bed on arrival.

Review 14：Barbara the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful and was extremely friendly. The resort is stunning, superb facilities and we enjoyed the wine tasting experience in the resort's private cellar - highly recommended. A fantastic place to unwind and relax, especially like us if you are road tripping through Italy and fancy a spot of luxury en-route.

Review 15：They took the whole amount of the price for the stay before we even arrived! That never happened to me before. Then we discovered that we were not staying in the actual hotel but in the "dependance" which is half a kilometer downhill! Internet? Yes, in the main house! but not half a kilometer away. Service? If you like to look in annoyed faces during your dinner. And staff who try to rush you out because they want to set the tables for lunchtime.

Review 47：The staff are the best and cannot do enough for you, the spa is really good as is the fully equipped gym with the very latest state of the art equipment. I loved this place! we stayed for one week in mid May.

Review 48：The bed was terribly uncomfortable. It dipped in the middle. We were charged 317 euro ($480) for one load of laundry. The prices were not posted in the room nor did the girl at the front desk inform us of the prices. Upon checkout we get this bill. I asked to speak with the owner. Upon haggling for about 20 minutes they lowered it to 100 Euro, which still resulted in $140 for one load of laundry. Obviously we would not have done laundry if we knew this was going to be the cost. Frustrating because it was the error of the place for not posting in our room and the staff for not informing us when we gave them the load to do. Lesson learned.

Review 49：The place is gorgeous. We upgraded to a room that included the spa package. The staff is very friendly. There are very nice views of Tuscany from the resort.
