Review 13：The room was clean, spacious, with a large balcony (for smokers) and big bathroom. On the ground floor you can find a swimming pool with sauna, outside are tennis courts and other facilities. The staff is very polite, smiling and helpful. Overall impression very positive. We suggest to pay the half board which includes everything - food, drinks, ine cream... at short distnace you can find many charming natural sites. Wolfsberg is a small town but offers several shopping malls, historical centre, aristocratic castle situated on the top of a hill. Shortly, we can reccommend to everybody!

Review 17：Everything is just excellent! Great facilities, friendly and professional staff. I travel a lot on business and leizure for some decades now, this one of the best value for money I've experienced!
Review 18：Arriving at reception [a dismal passageway], there was no one around to deal with arrivals. We were eventually assigned a room that smelled really bad. 'Ah, yes' the assistant said, 'this always smells bad because of the chemicals, as it is directly over the swimming pool!' The room was changed, but not with any good grace. In this second assigned room, the TV was ancient and provided poor reception on all programmes. At dusk, the hotel corridors are left in darkness, though there are manually operated light switches which, if they can be located, will light the corridors. If you can't find them, you remain in darkness. The small pool is open to visiting public, though there appeared to be no proper changing facilities, thus the common area around the ground floor lift (adjacent to the pool) was strewn with an assortment of grubby boots, trainers and discarded jackets etc. A poor image. To cap it all, during the evening there was a table set for six or eight people in the reception area, all of whom were smoking. Isn't this against the law? Whatever, it was certainly against all good taste. I hated every minute! The managers of this hotel should visit Land Hotel at Geiselwind for a lesson on how to run a tight ship. So, nil points for Hotel-Gasthof Stoff!

Review 20：sagging matress with literally a hole right in the middle of it. Had to change the sleep direction in order to get some comfort. Pillows were bad. Totally, sleep experience was below any standard i'd expect from 4 star place.

Review 23：The way several houses are integrated into one hotel is amazing. It has a real homely feeling to it, with different painting, vases, decorations, sculptures and wooden interiors. Very smoker-friendly. Clean, warm and cozy. Helpful staff, cheap mini bar. Nice indoor swimming pool.Excellent breakfast.
