Review 1：We came to the hotel too late (around 24h) so the check-in was already over.. But the owner was so nice that he left the key from room in the envelope on the main door outside.. Even though we are completely strange people. That's what I call an excellent service! Thank you for a great stay.

Review 2：Slight shame about the smoking and cooking downstairs, the smells linger into the rest of the building. Closing the room doors would help.

Review 3：Perfect location when coming by train, just outside the train station. Some rooms are facing busy street but nothing earplugs cannot handle. Free skibus to Westendorf. Newly refurbished bathrooms with floor heating and a nice shower!

Review 4：On checking out, we asked to leave our bags as we were skiing that day. As our room was not in use that night, we were told we could use the room for a shower etc. later that day - a very simple gesture that makes all the difference - Thanks again !

Review 21：The location was more remote than we'd expected, however, once we were familiar with the bus timeable and the taxi's, this was not a problem.

Review 22：A warm and welcoming hotel, with comfortable rooms, great menu selection and good service. Particularly the restaurant waitress. The free Ski bus was very punctual and stopped in either central Westendorf or at the Gondola. 5 to 10 minutes only.

Review 23：Good location for skiing in either Brixental or Westendorf resorts (free ski bus to either once an hour) / cheap taxi ride if preferred. Food was excellent, rooms was large, clean and had wifi. Staff were very good & accommodating to our requests.

Review 24：The fact that the bar was a smoking area. Our particular room was immediately above the bar which meant that it was a bit noisy on one or two nights although this ceased prmptly at about midnight.

Review 28：It's a nice place, cosy and traditional for the Tirol area. Nice location, nice views, fair access to the skiing area. Parking space available. Very nice staff. Our car's battery died mainly due to the cold, but we've got help from the hotel's owner's son. He brought his own car and the cables and jumpstarterd our engine :-). Cool, huh? So, really nice people. Thanks by the way. Food is great also, they say that they use their own (home grown) resources for the cooking. Overall a good experience.

Review 29：Breakfast had a poor selection of meat and only one type of cheese.Also, only one type of bread. The least varied breakfast I have everexperienced in Europe - very unusual.
