Review 1：Minimal spots for drying ski gear. In case a need of drying more than just insoles of ski boots the apartment does not have enough heating surfaces where to put gear.

Review 8：Comfortable beds, modernly equipped, everything clean. The center is about 6-7 mins by foot. With the free residence card you can use all cable cars in the region free of charge. Review 45：The bed in the bedroom was very very hard. There was no means of contacting reception out of hours. We vacated our room earlier as we wanted to avoid the bad weather but there was no number to call to infer the staff and when I called in office hours it reverted to the answer machine. There was no key drop for check out so I had to leave my keys in the room with the door unlocked and slide a note under the reception shutter.

Review 46：Nice location. 5 min drive to the ski resort Alpe Cermis. Easy drive and parking at the ski resort. Nice 10 minute walk into the lovely Tesero town. The staff were very helpful and polite and the rooms were modern and clean.

Review 50：The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable, in the one room apartment. The pool and sauna area was not as nice as other Residence Apartments. Could do to be updated, but glad it was there anyway. Staff could be more knowledgable about ski areas, ski hire etc.

Review 51：This hotel offered us the freedom we needed - to eat when we liked and be in the hotel for a break from the snow. The room was lovely and warm and had everything we needed - fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and cooking things. Internet was E15 for the week and worked ok in the room, though not brilliantly. Hotel was close to the ski area Pampeago (15min drive) - this is a great area connected to Obereggen with ski lifts. There are lots of blue, red and black slopes - plenty of variety. The local free ski bus can take you there. For our young children we like Obereggen babypark and Alpe Lusia - great for kids learning to ski and kids too young to ski. These are accessible by car. The area is beautiful and very clean and organised.

The resort fee is a compulsory card (Fiemme Card) which includes several facilities/services according to the season. This fee is not payable for children under 8 years, and a 50% discount applies for guests aged between 8 and 14.- In summer, the card includes: access to most of the Trentino public transport, cable cars, nature parks, museums and discounts to sports facilities and stores in the area.- In winter, the card includes: access to ski buses, discounts to ski resorts and daily discounts to sports facilities, ski schools, restaurants and stores in the area.Reception is open from 08:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.Please note that a deposit of EUR 150 will be requested at check-in. The deposit will be refunded on departure.Final cleaning is included, but guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen. Cleaning products for the kitchen are available in the apartments. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.On request, the hotel provides a baby kit for free.Please note, the swimming pool is closed on Saturdays.
