Review 1：The location of the hotel is well placed with a fantastic view. The staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel part of the family. The access to surrounding areas and attractions was excellent and returning to the hotel in the afternoon to enjoy the wellness center and spa facilities was a highlight.

Review 4：A Standard checkout time at 10:30 a.m. is a no-go, i.e. if you are scheduled to leave the hotel on a sunday, as in my case. (Although, they offered me to use their spa also after 10:30.)

Review 8：Some staff members were a bit too loud when providing you with relevant service. More information and communication in English (and languages other than German) would be nice. Some rooms may be a bit too loud since the bar is below them but it is not something that one could not deal with (the bar closed at 11 pm).

Review 9：It is a great hotel indeed! The location of the hotel is really good, although you may need a car do get around (or to get to places which are worth a visit). There are many things you can do in the area (even if you are not too much into hiking etc.).We definitely liked what they call the SommerCard (it provides you with hundreds of benefits, including free public transport, free entries to various museums etc). This card was included in the price of the stay at this hotel (which was great).The room we stayed in was "Junior Suite" - it was a nice room, spacious and with great views. I liked the Alpine style of the interior. Nice and fresh decoration, stylish furniture, nice lighting and other fittings. One could see it is not "mass-production"... The bed and the pillows were great.The wellness area was just fine - not too big, not too small. I loved the "relaxation room" with the yellow chairs. The relax swings were simply great.I would suggest the management to provide more information in English (especially the menu). It may be difficult to choose the right meal unless you speak German. :) On the other hand, I think it would be really great if the dinner was buffet-style (during our stay, it was a buffet-style dinner only once, the other evenings were in the form of "multiple-choice" meals to choose from). As to the culinary element of the hotel, the chef and his team are doing a great job. The same applies to the vast majority of the waiting staff and also to the receptionist who indeed is really nice and speaks English fluently. I liked the fact the lady who is most likely the owner of the hotel (or at least the co-owner) was walking around during one evening and was asking people if everything was ok etc. I thought it was something she did for "business" reasons but some days later I saw her trying to comfort a lady-guest (probably going through a hard period).

Review 10：We spent 3 nights at the hotel. The room was big, bed comfortable, bathroom very modern. It is family run hotel. Originaly we booked a half pension, but in this price you get also light lunch and afternoon coffee+cake. The managemet of the hotel was talking to guests, taking care about the visitors to be satisfied. Hotel pool was very nice with beautifull view on the mountains, on which we could see the snow. The view was unique! The whole spa area was clean, multiple saunas, relax room... As a bonus there is a possibility to use free of charge electro-bicycle , which we enjoyed a lot, as the hotel is on the hill. With those bicycles we were able to go down to the village and surrounding places for sightseeing cycling tour and then back to the hotel on the hill without being exhausted. Definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We plan to return in 1 year back for few days leisure stay.

Review 11：We loved our stay at Schutterhof! All staff were welcoming and approachable. Our food was fresh and tasty. The facilities were immaculate. Nothing at all to criticize... only that our time went by too quickly. We give this hotel our highest recommendation.

Review 12：This hotel is the perfect combination of access to activities, and access to relaxation. From this hotel you can hike in some stunning places, and also borrow bikes to ride on some fantastic trails (even for a beginner). When you are tired at the end of the day, you can relax in the pool, sauna and hot tub, followed by a delicious meal in the restaurant. The room itself is spotless and super comfortable. I highly recommend booking a room on the front side, the view is stunning.

Review 13：The location is perfect. Beautiful area. We were spoiled with everything, good food, nice breakfast and great Apfelstrudel. Aqualand is super nice. Whirlpool is my favorite. Our room was clean and big enough. The whole employees and workers are very friendly and accommodating. The Chefin made her personal touch to every guest to make them feel welcomed.
