Review 1：This is without a doubt a hidden gem. The rooms are awesome and overlook the water. A terrific complimentary breakfast is served on your balcony each day.

Review 3：The location is quite close to the airport which soon turns you into an expert of airplane types and schedules... inside the rooms it is perfectly insulated and you don't notice, outside it disturbs less than anticipated. We really enjoyed our stay, so I'd rather suggest (than criticize) the hotel to make better use of the large patio and pavilion for the hotel guests. There are tables in one corner, but you need to carry them into the shade if you would like to sit and work/read/enjoy the place. A more comfortable sitting/sofa/deck-chair area in the shade of the pavilion would be really great. Also the balcony cannot be used in the afternoon because of the strong sun and no shade... The nice breakfast could still benefit from more change (types of cheese, ham, strawberry jelly and bread) The beach/sea is sooo close, but a swimming pool in the large patio under the palm trees would be really cool.
Review 4：Small and calm hotel (only 6 rooms/suites). Nice construction with perfect view on palm trees and turquoise Caribbean waters and romantic sun-sets. The beach in front is not perfect, but also calm and mostly visited by local people. There is no large Casino-style hotel close where DJs are employed to play extremely loud music day and night at the pool side. There are 2 of the best restaurants close (The Pinchos is a romantic BBQ restaurant with delicious steaks and the fresh catch of the day) - directly in front of the Surfside Marina. The other one is the barefoot, with very good fish - directly at the beach, Dutch style. For snorkeling from shore, the "house reef" is too far out. The beach is just behind the patio at 30 mts from your room and the water is just great. The large cruise ships pass by in the evening in full light mode - impressive. The free wifi is absolutely great which helps a lot if you have to follow your emails/work even during holidays. It works even on the balcony and in the patio. The staff is friendly and tries to accommodate your wishes. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The large fridge/freezer is comfortable and a coffee machine and a microwave help you with your snacks... Lots of birds and lizards in the garden make you enjoy the nice breakfast on the balcony with the perfect sea-view even more.
Review 5：There was a blue led light on the air conditioner inside the unit that was like a night light that made it difficult for me to sleep.
Review 6：The views from the balcony are great and having two really good restaurants near by was super convenient. It's a nice place to stay in aruba but is far from the tourist zone. The wifi was great, we listened to spotify and had cigars on the balcony at night.
Review 7：What a wonderful place to stay. This hotel and Pinchos were by far the highlights of our stay in Aruba. Beautiful swimming beach, nice breakfast delivered at the time we requested, comfortable accommodations. Fantastic restaurant ( Pinchos) right on the dock. We couldn't have asked for more. There is not a stove in the room, however it was not a problem for us. This is not the hotel for people that want to be near the popular crowded, noisy downtown areas.
Review 8：The Surfside Marina is a bit out of town so if you like to have a relaxing quiet vacation this place is great. You can sit outside and eat breakfast and enjoy the ocean view. You can watch the birds, and even share a few crumbs with them. I loved the scenery, the restaurants nearby and the comfort of the rooms.

Review 10：We loved the quiet atmosphere right on the beach! The room was clean, comfortable, and a perfect place to relax after visiting downtown (about a 20 minute leisurely walk). The staff was welcoming, helpful, and available if necessary- but they weren't overbearing or overly involved! We loved the Aruba Surfside Marina and would definitely return!
Review 11：I have nothing bad to say about this hotel other than its a bit Far from everything else .. The deck close too early At nights.. For young couple who wants to enjoy I would say go Renaissance for the money it was worth it...

Review 14：We enjoyed our stay at the Aruba Surfisde Marina very much. At the last minute our daughter decided to join us and they had the sofa couch made up for her. Beautiful view and steps from the ocean. We had breakfast served every morning. Bed was very comfortable. We would go out to Pincho's for a drink at the end of the evening and the staff at the restaurant very nice. We spent our last night at the highrises which was crowded, more expensive and smaller than our room at the Surfside. We like Surfside and will definetly stay there again. It was very peaceful. Can walk to restaurants if you choose.

Review 18：We had a great stay at Surfside Marina. We were a bit unsecure about the location before we went but it suited us very well. The room is big and clean and the view wonderful. We really enjoyed waking up every morning and get served breakfast on the balcony. The restaurant just in front of the hotel, Pinchos, was lovely. The beach outside the hotel can't be compared to eg Eagle Beach but we took the bus from Oranjestad and it was very smooth. We arrived New Years Day and got a bottle of sprakling wine on the room - fantastic!
Review 19：There's no stove, but there's a microwave, sink, and full fridge. There's a coffee maker, but no coffee, so that would be something to purchase since breakfast includes 1 cup of coffee. Breakfast consists of: lettuce, tomato, cheese, lunch meat, a pastry/bread/muffin, orange juice, 2 pieces of toast, fruit of some sort and sometimes 1 egg and a yogurt. I was happy to have breakfast served, but would have liked an egg every day and yogurt instead of pastries and muffins. Also, there is a beach club next door that Talk of the Town hotel(across the street) partners with for complimentary beach lounge chairs--this would be great! Or if Aruba Surfside Marina had some chairs to borrow/rent would be very convenient.
Review 20：The view and quiet beachfront are amazing.I also loved that this was a smaller hotel and not a huge, commercialized resort. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I also loved getting new, clean beach towels every day! Breakfast is served daily on your semi-private, oceanfront balcony. It's walkable to Oranjestad, but I recommend a car to check out other beaches and the island. Last but not least, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They even left a bottle of sparkling wine and a 'Happy New Year' note in our room on NYE. (Side note: airport is close, but not loud at all. We heard street parties one night until 11 pm, but that's about it.) I think ASM is the best kept secret on the island!
Review 21：Check in instructions not clear and staff could not communicate clearly because of limited English speaking. Breakfast late one morning despite having communicated that we had a tour scheduled. Internet did not work initially and luckily manager was in off hours to resolve issue. Otherwise management not readily present and staff who handled checkout/billing did not inquire or seem interested in how our stay was going.

Review 24：Located approximately a 10 minute walk to Oranjestad along a pavement which hugs the coastline. Staff are friendly and very helpful even allowed us to have a very late checkout free of charge. Tasty breakfast each morning on a balcony overlooking the crystal blue Caribbean Sea.

Review 26：It's small, quaint, close to the airport (30 min walk, saves you some cab $$) but not too close either (calm), staff is always smiling and kind, feels like home! Closeby everything, grocery store at 15 min walk, beach right outside, Oranjestaad at 15 min walk too. Internet is fast (they upgraded it recently) and breakfast is served in your balcony table everyday, the view from the balcony is breath taking...
