Review 6：Breakfast. Everything was taken care. The owner of the apartment was a perfect gentleman. I advice you to stay over here. It's 25 min drive to Pisa and one hour to Florance either by train or by car. You can go to Florance by train which was 33 Euros for two adult and one kid for round way. There is a very good swimming pool 2 km away from the facility. Enjoy your stay.

Review 7：We were 4 persons family, so we occupied both rooms and had all floor only for us (living room, kitchen). Equipment in the premises is very good. Very helpful owners, rich breakfast. Strongly recommend as basic station to explore Toscana by car!

Review 9：Il Ramaiolo was the perfect choice for us to explore Tuscany. Strategically situated between Pisa, Siena and Florence, it allowed us to schedule daily trips all over Tuscany. The owners were very friendly and they treated us very well. The rented apartment was great, with very good living conditions (Wi-Fi, AC included and amazing breakfasts). I would greatly recommend this place to anyone travelling in Tuscany!

Review 10：The air conditioning was broken but they gave me a fan to use so I still slept fine. You cannot use the oven or stove top so you will not be able to cook at all.

Review 11：The owners were very nice. They only speak italian so we couldnt communicate much but they were always kind and helpful. The breakfast they served everyday was huge, had great variety and was delicous. I was lucky and I was the only one staying in the apartment so it was a huge place to have for a great price. The shower was very nice and they supplied lots of towels, shampoo, and soap. Nice big bedroom and queen sized bed and a huge kitchen and living area that is shared with the other two bedrooms. Theres a bookself filled with books and a big flatscreen tv with italian tv stations. You can walk to a pizza shop next door and there is a laundry mat across the street. This was a great place to stay and I will be staying here again!
