Review 1：Nice clean room with lovely big windows letting in lots of light. Friendly and helpful staff, with good food and drinks always available. Easy to get to and in the middle of town.

Review 2：Staff not welcoming. Small room. Airco not working well, therefor very hot room (even when not warm outside). Room was renovated, but rest hotel very outdated.

Review 21：Wifi was erratic at best, toilet was not clean, air conditioning didn't work well. Room lighting was of the "energy-efficient" type - so not really bright enough. Smoking was allowed in the bar/reception area.

Review 23：We were disturbed by a group of Italians during the evening, both in terms of noise in the corridor and also with someone trying to enter our room.

Review 24：The restaurant was great, really good food. I appreciated that we were offered breakfast in the cafe after a large group had been into the buffet before us and left a mess which the waitress didn't want us to deal with.

Review 26：super Breakfast !! also the ladies at the reception were very nice. this is very important for a frequent travaller like me being welcomed by a smile + some nice words.

Review 27：the TV in my room didn't work I was, however, offered another room but had unpacked and didn't want to bother with a change there was no handsoap in the bathroom, no do-not-disturb sign etc. The staff did not seem very happy working there (apart from the family members' dominant presence) the vegetarian selection was poor and the salad haphazard

Review 31：After the manager of the hotel had asked me about having anything fromthe minibar with a negative reply, obviously not believing me she sent acleaning lady to check it personally. We met her just entering our room.I could not believe my eyes and ears as I had not experienced suchbehaviour even in 3* hotels. When I complained about this the managersaid it was completely normal accused me of distressness. Disgusting!!!!Never more!!!!
