Review 1：Andrea was very helpful. Great wi-fi. Good location, (Cool bar & pizza place on the corner.) Small but very stylish room with super slick bathroom. Highly recommended !
Review 2：It was difficult to find a free parking place nearby. We found it on Via Giacomo Crollalanza (traversa V Via Vittorio Veneto), in 10 minutes by foot.

Review 5：Nothing to complain about really, but I should mention that parking is a 5-6 minute walk away, and the lack of an elevator in the building lets you burn some of that arancini you ate for lunch while dragging suitcases up and down the stairs.

Review 8：We stayed in the studio annex which has a kitchenette and even a washing machine. The location to visit Modica is unbeatable, really perfect to walk to everything. Studio was very modern (old building renovated inside), ultra clean with all we needed, modern shower, very good bed, ac etc... Excellent place to stay to visit Modica.

Review 11：The Bus Terminal is quite far from the hotel, took about 30 minutes to reach. However it's just go straight the Main Street.
Review 12：Location is very center of the city. All kinds of shop you would need are around the hotel. You can find get even discount coupon for some local restaurant at the reception. The room on the 1st floor which I stayed was fantastic, very clean, but there was no fridge, you can use it in shared kitchen. Also staff were very helpful and friendly.

Review 55：The only thing that we didn't like was that there was a pretty unpleasant smell coming out of the shower drain/water pipe. We had to cover it because it was so strong that it would be also felt in our room and the common space outside our room. The building is pretty old so we guessed that that was the reason.
