Review 1：The lock on the door was different and in the middle of the night I woke up to the sound of lightning and thunder and could smell the chocolate (we were on the third floor). Our door was wide open. Since we were the only one on the floor it was no be deal. But still I put a chair under the door knob. The breakfast was worth it!
Review 2：We have been staying at a few places in the central area of Italy. We had one open night and wanted breakfast, internet and parking. This is a nice old house with three levels in the country. The breakfast was an amazing spread of fabulous food. The owner use to be have a bakery and really knew how to bake. Among the many chooses of homemade cakes was chocolate brownies, nugget pie, clustered layer cake, apple strudel cake, pistachio biscotti, three kinds of Italian meats, fresh cut fruit, cooked eggs, and made to order coffee, espresso or cappuccino. Now I wish I had asked to watch them make it all. We purchased some of their meat to take home.
