Review 1：We were allocated a very dark room which adjoined another room. The door separating the two rooms had no better sound insulation than cardboard resulting in the feeling that our neighbours were lying in the bed next to us. Make sure you avoid this room if you value your privacy.

Review 2：The staff were pleasant and helpful, the property was well maintained and the food was quite good.

Review 3：A renovated old building in the middle of the Chianti countryside, surrounded by forest. Comfortable and tasteful rooms with large bathrooms, friendly staff, great breakfast.

Review 4：The hotel was lovely, our room looked out across a stream, we had a little patio and sun beds. The staff could not have been more helpful and the food was super. We had a really lovely stay.

Review 5：Wifi connection is weak- did not work in the rooms, though it was fine in the common spaces.

Review 6：It's a relatively small place, which provided a nice vibe. There is dinner served there every night (you elect into it, of course), and the guests were friendly and willing to chat with each other over dinner. The staff is great and attentive, though they looked overworked.

Review 14：Small boutique residence. The chef was will to prepare any meal for our tastes. Quite, restful and helpful staff. The true gem in Chianti region.

Review 15：Our king bed was extremely hard and my hips got sore. Breakfast cakes were alway dry and not too tasty. "Florentine" steak was very tough.

Review 17：The beds were fairly uncomfortable and the pool must only operate during summer as it was all covered up while we were there. Wifi was also a bit touch and go due to the properties location (lots of bush land) but the staff re-set the server for us and it was fine.

Review 18：The staff at Ultimo we're excellent and assisted us with planning some activities and auggesting places nearby to visit. The restaurant at the hotel is also reasonably priced and offers excellent quality meals so we ended up eating there for 3 of our 4 nights. The property is close to the small towns of Radda and Gaioli. Guests also have access to a partner hotel in Radda to use their gym and indoor heated pool.

Review 19：Over-bath shower wrongly sited resulting in a wet floor after use. Also due to surrounding vegetation pool should be swept/cleaned daily.

Review 20：A delightful rural retreat in Chianti yet within easy reach of everywhere to visit. A car however is a necessity. The hotel is peaceful and secluded with helpful and attentive staff. We were more than happy to dine here on each of our 3 nights as the food was very good. Also, dining in the hotel was a more relaxing experience than having to drive at night to one or other of the nearest towns (5/6km). Breakfasts, whilst adequate, could be improved with more choice. Would recommend and return.

Review 21：1./ Annoying noise nearly during all the nights from an electronic equipment ( it was offered to change rhe room, but the noise was the same all indoor area) 2./ There is no cleaning every day ( one day we found the junk at the middle of the table in the room, - maybe it was a mistake, but ...) 3./ Boring breakfast - it needs an upgrade. 4./ One morning there was not hot water, we can not have a shower, just in cold, tap water. I think this hotel could be very good, but they offer their services at a reduced price, and I think this affect the quality of the services. Please keep the quality, this ( reducing the price and reducing the quality) is not the right way, - I think.

Review 23：Bathroom is fairly clean, but I found spider web on the bathtub wall. There are 3 rugs on the floor around the bed, they are very slippery, need rug pads.

Review 25：The grounds were beautiful; like a story book. The staff was helpful and friendly, the food was delicious. It was a perfect quiet countryside reprieve.

Review 26：We were welcomed by the staff and felt comfortable. The restaurant was a valued amenity. There was no need to leave the premises and travel the dark, winding Tuscany roads in search of dinner. We looked forward each day to the evening menu and sharing our travel experiences with other guests. The food was wonderful and service excellent.

Review 28：The most beautiful countryside. Easy to get to Florence, Siena, SG All the staff were most helpful and friendly. Lovely villages in the area. Very interesting converted old mill.

Review 29：The shower screen door was broken down and no one seems to bother to repair it we have difficulty opening and closing it. The cleaner entered the room on the day we were checking out while we hab breakfast and put our clothes away under the bed covers which we realized only after we reached our next destination.

Review 30：Because of air conditioning not advertised at other hotels in the area,I insisted and changed everyone's rooms from other hotels to L'UltimoMulino because of the advertised ac. Please get it fixed. Its such abeautiful hotel.

Review 31：We were a group of six coming and going, and the staff did everything toaccommodate us from diet issues to recommending wineries, other areas tovisit, we loved it. Dinners were fantastic, the pool was wonderful andthe grounds so peaceful, it was a wonderful break. My only complaint isthe air conditioning must be fixed for all of the rooms. Nevertheless,thanks to all of the great staff and location! CKelly
