Review 10：With the hotel in general we were very disappointed as we expected muchmore for the price we've paid....1.) First of all, none of the staff speak English (at all)... although it's a common problem in Japan, u would expect in a Tourist Resort like this at least some basic words such as breakfast, bus station, left and right to be understood. We struggled to ask for direction around the hotel (which is necessary as the hotel is in the middle of NOWHERE), they didnt understand anything, they kept on giving us some maps in Japanese that were useless and they send us to catch a bus at the wrong time.The thing is that the Resort is made especially for Japanese tourists, so we were the only westerns during our stay and they didnt know how to approach. We've noticed the Japanese all had some sort of coupons for "all inclusive" meals at the hotel, so i'm guessing they've got the hotel much cheaper with their agencies than we had to pay. our price according to the quality was just a huge rip off!2.) Location of the hotel - although the hotel is situated by the seaside (which is nice), there is absolutely nothing around the hotel. as we didnt rent a car, we were relying only on rare buses and the transportation (just to eat) was necessary. There is a small village of 5 houses nearby, but besides that.... you are obliged to take a transportation to go to a shop, market or to lunch. they are no shops or restaurants in walking distance. so in the evening it gets quite boring sitting at the hotel.3.) organisation at the hotel - the hotel does have restaurants but they DONT serve lunch. i didnt understand this. dinners open at 18p.m. but until then you cant eat. so if u plan on staying in the room or going to the hotel beach and relaxing, this can be a huge problem. Remark also that the dinner prices at the hotel are enormously huge for a 3 star hotel - the menus is from 2.600 up to 5.000 yen per person. we found this too expensive.
