Review 1：Wifi conection was realy bad

Review 2：The location of the hotel was good and it's only 15 minutes by car to the center. The lady on the reception suggested us witch parking to take in the city (1€per hour). Breakfast was very good :) free parking

Review 3：1)Very strange arrangement - at the very entrance door there is a filling station. Is it a drive-in hotel or what?2) Cleaning staff do not change towels after 1 day themselves - they just leave you a pack of fresh towels on your doorstep. 3) Evening shift - old man (around 60, and a woman around 50) quaralled in our presence. Not very welcoming. They answer questions because they have to, you feel like an intruder. Not a single smile. Frustrated, worn out faces. First line personnel should be more welcoming like morning shift.

Review 4：1) Good location, only 20 min. To the downtown of Verona by bus (cost 2.8 eur), Bust stop is 100 meters away from hotel.2) Good breakfast - good choice even before the end of breakfast serving time. Upon request they replenish supplies no problem. 3) Excellent morning shift at the reception desk - young, helpful, English speaking receptionists, give tips about sightseeing + fee map with a smile on face. 4) At back office - girl called Francesca, speaks and writes in good English, very helpful in arranging the postponent of our stay (our 11-year-old son had diarrhoea).

Review 6：Not too far from Verona if you arrive from the East, this is a relatively cheap hotel for the region. Rooms and facilities are dated but comfortable and clean; Room for 4 is rather small for 4 adults; OK for family. Bathroom clean and functionnal. Good aircon; breakfast highly appreciated (lots of different food for all taste).

Review 19：The staff was most helpful and courteous. The breakfast was superb enough to satisfy any palate. Exceptionally clean rooms and very comfy. Should I ever visit the area again, this is the hotel I would choose to stay without any hesitation. In describing Hotel Turismo I said it was both budget-friendly and luxurious; while this may sound contradictory, it is not.

Review 20：Satelite TV? Limited number of channels available, some of poor quality (but TV wasn't the reason for our stay, so just note it). More important is the free wifi policy (wireless internet). Yes, as advertised, wifi is free, but with limitations. The information about this is confusing. Free wifi is limited to 1 connection per room. 2nd connection is free for 1 hour, then costs 4 Euro per 24 hours, so not expensive but not free. Even the 1st connection remains free only after renewing every hour with a new login and pasword. Prolonging of the wifi connection is possible and costs 4 Euro. Not expensive, certainly not if you take into account that the rooms are not expensive, but again, not free. Please note, we live in 2012, not in 2002 anymore! Most hotels offer free wifi nowadays and the costs of maintaining this hasle will surely surpass the income from the wifi access. So, where is the business in this? True, this is a very good hotel with excellent value for money, and next time it is still likely we will choose this hotel, even though this outdated wifi policy caused some irritation. This isn't about 4 Euro, but about the way it works.

Review 21：Very clean room, quiet, at the main road but you don't hear the traffic. It is close to the motorway accessand a large shopping mall )appox 1 km). Good beds, impeccable bathroom. Nice breakfast buffet, easy access to Verona by bus. Friendly and helpful staff.

Review 22：It was very convenient for us as our friend lived 5 min away. There is a bus stop close by for Verona city centre so that was a bonus. It is in an odd location, but 10-20 min walk and you can get to the centre of San Marino for food etc.
