Review 3：Although this b and b requires those without a car to either walk or get the bus in/out of Modica. This allowed us to see the outskirts of the city which offers a different and interesting side of Modica and the residents which is positive. We were taken by one of the owners on a trip highlighting the city which was very helpful and kind.

Review 4：This is a fantastic B and B. To some the exterior may be off putting; however, the interior is a top of the range beautifully designed 'boutique' hotel room. All expectations will be surpassed: the most delightful, helpful, accommodating and family run establishment. Delicious breakfast.

Review 6：Within a modest exterior, this family have created an inviting and contemporary B&B. Each room is furnished with modern furniture styled on the Bauhaus and is themed with pictures about great modernist architects. The family were very warm and friendly and also recommended a great place to eat in Modica.

Review 10：The B&B is owned by a couple in their 50s and they are really nice, rady to give any information, but discrete at the same time. We were very happy and would certainly come back and suggest the place to our friends. The rooms do really look as in the pictures, very clean, very quiet and with airco.

Review 11：The B&B Habita should be better and bigger sign-posted.The place will then be very easy to find, via a small drive- way immediately next to the Hotel Torre de Sud, along the left boundary wall when facing the hotel.

Review 12：During our 6 days (29th April to 4th May 2013) we enjoyed this place very much.The place, a small boutique B&B in a larger apartment block in the modern area of Modica, is designed with taste, attention to interior design and furnished with a touch of art.Margerita and her husband Gianni were lovely, warm and supportive,always trying to meet our needs and expectations with their personal touch.They provided detailed guidance about trips,activities and restaurants.The breakfast in the lounge was ample, with fresh fruit salad,juices and a good selection of bisuits, cakes,crackers and cereals.Extra requests were provided for immediately.The room was very clean, a good size, beautifully designed and equipped with a powerful hot shower.A wonderful, memorable experience, especially because of the special care from such a nice couple. It helps to speak some Italian to be able to fully enjoy their efforts to make it a memorable stay.A car is needed, also for sightseeing in Modica, since the old city center is beyond comfortable walking distance (steep and busy streets).
