Reviews for Irghitula

Review 1:We had some special dietary requirements so needed to self cater which was fine, but there were some restrictions in the kitchen that were a bit disappointing eg.forbidden to use the oven.

Review 2:The view was very nice and it was quiet clean and affordable.just the environment we needed to get some work done.it was very kind to allow me to observe and participate in some farming activity.

Review 3:Getting there was not as easy, water flow needs some repairing work, fridge was quite loud.

Review 4:We liked the fact that it was not a typical hotel, it was nice to talk to owners, they gave us some wine and homemade liqueur to taste, as well as figs and cactus fruits. There were 2 friendly doggies. Quite close to the beach.

Review 5:Reading through the previous comments, I decided to write down some facts to get a more realistic picture about this place.Fist of all when you arrive, you will be faced with the fact that quality of the road from the main road to the farm is fairly poor, so if you come with your own car (and not with a rented one) for a longer stay, you will have to calculate with costs of repairs after. When you enter the gate of the farm, you start to hesitate if you arrived to the right place or not: careless outside area, broken glasses in the parking, full of rubbish. Entering the inner part of the farm, the picture is almost like on the pictures you can find here on booking.com. I say almost, because there are 4 mobile phone towers full of antennas approx. 50-100 m from the house towards the sea, this is 'nicely' hidden from the introductory pics, which is unfair. Not only the aesthetic experience, but especially if you are scared of the unclarified health effect of these high radiation towers, then you will have a frustrating vacation. The farm is visited mainly by Italian guests, the staff does not speak English at all, which is a drawback, although we nicely managed to communicate playing a kind of activity game. The room is simple, walls need repainting, the old fridge and the low cost air conditioner are very noisy to sleep without earplugs. The inner walls are very thin, so you can 'enjoy Italian nightlife' from the neighboring rooms after midnight. The bathroom was small but clean, the problem comes actually with the low water pressure on the top of the hill I guess, sometimes we spent minutes under the shower waiting for the water to wash down the soap.Dogs of the owners were disturbing sometimes. The breakfast is typical for the island, lot of sweet cakes (can be a paradise for kids), no fresh bread, one type of cheese, ham and salami, low quality juice. No fruits or vegetables, no milk, so we took these with us from our room for the breakfast.

Review 6:Nice view on Posada and mountains around. Good location, you can reach nice beaches with a half an hour drive (Capo Comino, Berchida, San Teodoro), but the nearby beaches are also acceptable around Posada. You can plan one day trips from this starting point to visit other parts of the island. The owners, a young couple, are kind and quite helpful. The pool and the inner garden were nice and clean. The price for a night is good if you browse on the net and compare with other possibilities on Sardegna.

Review 7:A few wasps around the pool but they didn't really bother us much and what do you expect when you are in the hills surrounded by countryside!

Review 8:The stunning views Clean traditional rooms Lovely owners Two friendly doggies We didn't meet any other English tourists (be prepared to brush up on your Italian!)

Review 9:Great breakfast, very friendly staff

Review 10:We liked everything! The owners are very helpfull, the view is amazing, the rooms are nice and the place is so quite!

Review 11:The road to reach the place could be complicated, however if you use a gps device there shouldn't be a problem.

Review 12:This Agriturismo is a really nice and peaceful place to spend a day or two. Staff is very helpful and cares about they guests.

Review 13:It was a bit hard to find the place on the top of the mountain, but worth the trip.

Review 14:Host was very nice. The breakfast was really good, we had a lot of choice even though we were the only gasts. Furthermore we liked the possibility to cook for ourselves. The views are very good.

Review 15:everything was perfect - of course the street up to the mountain is not really comfortable but you get a stunning view and relaxing place in exchange :)

Review 16:very nice family, would definetly come back! very good breakfast, fantastic view, nice room, comfortable bed, clean, nice pool! a peaceful, relaxing place!

Review 17:The sweet breakfast was not our cup of tea. It seems a local tradition to serve only cakes and croissants. See it as a minor criticisme!

Review 18:Quite location on a hilltop with a very impressive view towards Posada and the Coast line.
