Review 1：Everyone on the staff was helpful, kind, and tolerant. They listened patiently to my fractured Spanish, and tried to speak English when they could. The plants and the palm trees inside the hotel are outstanding. The pool looked very clean and inviting, but I didn't use it. The rooms are simple, but more than adequate. There is a restaurant and bar on site, so there is no need to venture farther unless you want to. The neighborhood is kind of loud, but it's close to the square and downtown, so I considered the cultural exposure a plus. And it was convenient to be able to walk to local stores.
Review 2：Looked like the room had not been used in weeks. It was clean but with signs of dust and cleaning powder on the bathroom sink.

Review 4：The location was not ideal, as I prefer locations with restaurants, bars, and cafés within walking distance. When I asked for a restaurant nearby, the staff told me that there was nothing very close. My primary complaint is that there was no soap bar in the bathroom. Instead there was a soap dispenser, which wouldn't be a problem normally. However, the dispenser was full of hand sanitizer, and so I had no soap.
Review 5：The staff was very helpful in arranging a taxi for early the next morning. I received a requested wake up call and my taxi arrived as agreed. The staff was courteous and the restaurant food was decent.
Review 6：AC worked poorly the room never cooled off. The toilet paper hanger was broken, tiles were stained. Mattresses were hard and lumpy we could not get comfortable. Pets did not settle down, they didn't like it there for some reason. They were finee everywhere else we stayed. There was no grass to walk the dog.

Review 18：I was only provided with 1 towel, without a wash cloth. I asked for oneand told it would be brought to my room but was never provided (how cana hotel only provide 1 towel, without a wash cloth), not even a towel toput on floor after shower. Carpet was stained, bed sheet had stains andholes in it, furniture is old and run down. Overall, poor experience,but it was cheap at $81 for 2 days. I will not stay there again.
