Review 1：We were there at the end of October, and it was a bit cold at night, but there was no opportunity for heating.
Review 2：The place's location is really convenient, you can easily reach all there is to see in Tuscany in one hour or less. The house is clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. Nice, friendly owner.
Review 3：The last 1,5 km to you have to go through a non asphalt-road. We had a bad experience with a lot of house centipedes that were in the house (don't know if there were a nest inside or something). Spiders and mosquitos are common. So if you can't put up with them, this shouldn't be your place.
Review 4：Ubication was very nice between Florence and Siena. The house is fantastic and clean surrounded by olives and grapevines. It is in mid-range between all the touristic places in Tuscany.

Review 7：Bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable, but everything else was excellent.
Review 8：Owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and when we arrived there was a complimentary bottle of wine and olive oil. The facility was very clean and well maintained, and surrounded with olive groves and vineyards. A very quiet, non-touristy place where you can relax with the provided wine and watch the Tuscan sunset.
