Review 1：Front desk open part time only. Availability to check in was limited.

Review 2：Beautiful location...easy walking access to village. room was large. easy parking. Restaurant on site (5 days a week)

Review 4：A nice place to stay. Nothing fancy, but a nice and clean place to feel at home while on the run.

Review 6：Nice location, close to the center of the town as well as the to the lake. Good place to stay if you want to make trips in the area. Easy access by car.

Review 7：It can be very loudly as it is close t the a busy street. For that reason we did not use a tarrase and we did not go to restaurant (that is anyway almost always closed). The owner (man) could be at least a little more open to the guests - although we heard him laughing, he usually looked grumpy. It was generally very clean but at least some towels should be replaced (we twiced received flayed towels)

Review 8：We had a room Superior which was spacious (also a bathroom!) and comportable. A window was overlooking a stream, not a street, which made the room quiet. Simple but comfortable furniture, a lot of useful equipment. Good breakfast.

Review 9：It was in the summer when we stayed and there was no fan, so it was really poor ventalation and hard for us to sleep at night.

Review 10：The location was good- can reach the supermarket and beach on foot.

Review 11：When arriving at the property there is no one there to great you, you have to ring a number pinned to the door and receive a pin code for a key box outside where you collect your key. Nobody was ever on reception, no information on breakfast times and the restaurant linked to the hotel was basically never open. Asked for a glass of ice and was told they didn't do ice! The family room with bunk beds a single bed and a double bed with a large sitting area is nonsense, it's two single beds pushed together for a double, a table over at the wall, not a large sitting area and is very cramped indeed. The room was also a five mile hike up and down stairs when arriving with 3 suitcases and a 4 year old and no one to show us where we were going.

Review 17：The landlord ignored us totally. I waited at the reception for 5 minutes and rang the bell a couple of times to get someone to check us in. Since nobody appeared, I went to the restaurant where I found the landlord, who promised to come to the reception in a moment. When I returned to the reception, there was another couple who also wanted to check in. Shortly after, the landlord came and checked them in and just left me standing there, again promising to come back in a moment!?! Eventually, the landlady came to give the key. Similar experience at breakfast. Other customers were served first, although they arrived later. Attitude, when asked for coffee. Seems like the customers are ruining otherwise nice business.

Review 21：We loved our triple room with a window overlooking the stream. Everything was clean and tidy and an easy walk into town and the bus station. The outside table and chairs in the communal area was a bonus. Great food in the restaurant and lovely service.

Review 22：I could check-in at 9 am without early notice and they immediately gave me the room. Mondsee is so small that even if this hotel is 'not exactly in the centre', the centre is still within a 3 minute reach walking.

Review 23：The river next to the pension it's wonderful! Very good for sleeping... And we need it to leave early in the morning and the owner woke up special for us to prepare breakfast! So, thank you!

Review 24：We were dissatisfied with the cleanliness, customer service and extra charges. Our babysitter joined us in the children's room instead of 2 children (bunk beds) as we attended a wedding and we were charged 25 euros more. There were not enough towels provided, although none of us had showers as you could not breathe due to the mould. When we voiced our concerns to the front desk upon check out (we could not reach anyone earlier), the woman shrugged her shoulders without an apology and announced the amount we had to pay. Very disappointing.

It had a large bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, sitting room with the tv, and bedroom- all very modern and it was cleaned and kept spotless each day. We anticipated doing our own catering ,but the quality of the breakfast buffet , and the quality and price of the dinners was so good that we ate in every day. Parking provision is good and right by the front .entrance.Extremely pleasant proprietors.The lady of the house speaks extremely good English, and both were very welcoming.The hotel is just outside the centre of the town and close to the main road , but the double glazing dealt well with any noise. The town is within easy walking distanceThe lakeside is readily accessible, with attractive gardens. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Review 54：One should be very careful when driving out the main parking slot as the view is blocked by high bushes and one can't see cars approaching from the left. A mirror would solve this problem.

Review 55：Good location at the crossing of Rainerstraße and B154; easy to reach from the Mondsee Straße (B 154) . Close to the city center and to the beach (walking distance). The hotel's parking can accommodate all the guests' cars (there is also a second parking that belongs to the restaurant run by the same family). The breakfast was OK both in quality and variety. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hint: ask for a room in the ground flour, then wi-fi will be available in the room too.

Review 56：The view from the room. But this is mainly because we where on the side of the hotel.

Review 57：The staff (owners) where very friendly. They could give a good advice about the restaurants and activities in the area. The breakfast was fresh and enough choice in products, we where not able to sit outside due to the weather, but otherwise also this would have been a plus. The hotel is very easy to find.

Review 58：The hotel rooms are functional. The decor is not traditional in the guest house, the rooms were immaculately clean and the beds very comfortable. Best bit was breakfast...fantastic. Overall very recommendable.

Review 60：If you are looking for a hotel just to sleep maybe is the right one for you but pay attention to the room you get. Our one was quite noisy.

Review 61：We came for cykling around the lakes, in that respect the position was excellent. As for bikes, a simple stand in the existing shed would be suitable.

Review 62：You can't enter the room before 6 p.m! We came about 4 p.m. and there was nobody on the reception desk, we also tried to rang the bell on the entrance door but nothing. On the entrance door there was notification for the guests (only in german language) "dear guests call us on the phone number 0064..." (lucily we understand some of german), but when you arrive from a different country (as we did) you can not reach that number if you don't know the prefix number for Austria (as we didn't). The owners should be aware of the fact that some foreigners come to their pansion as well...If we could have reached them by phone maybe they would let us into the room before 6 p.m. (not to mention that everywhere you go you can enter the room after 2 p.m. at least...) That can spoil your stay in a great manner

I highly recommend this place,
