Review 1：There is always 2 towels, a 2 bed unit should have 4. The toilet flush is very loud.

Review 5：WIFI was spotty and down for most of our stay. If you eat on site at the buffet, they reduce the cost substantially, which is great.

Review 7：It is also located right next to an elevated highwyay, so truck noise echoed into courtyard area and rooms accessed onto courtyard.

Review 9：There was very no hot water in the shower. After a struggle, I finally found that if I turned the Hot water on first, and then added Cold water a little at a time, I could get enough warmth to have a somewhat acceptable shower.

Review 11：Horrible Wifi, didn't work at all while we were there, I complained at the front desk and asked if there was something they could do, maybe put a modem in our room or close by but nothing, they said they'd call the tech but he never came. Also, we stayed there for two nights and they didn't clean our room or placed new towels in the bathroom after the first night even though we placed the "please clean the room" sign on our door handle. The bed was a little too hard, other than those three things everything was great.

Review 15：I arrived Wednesday Oct 22 at the airport in Hermosillo, walked over to the booth they have at the airport to confirm my reservation, and found out my room has been given to someone else, without the courtesy of notifying me. If the reverse of a "no show" applies here, I would like my money, and NOW.

Review 19：The location, it was very had to find. Once we were there, we had a very had time getting out. We asked for a pillow and gave us a pillow case full of pillow cases. Alot of roaches and crickets. We found someone elses hairs between the comforters and sheets, we reloacated the next day to the Royal Palace. i will never stay there or recomended this place.The receptionist were rather rude and would not make eye contact with me. I'm warning my friends not to stay there. Thank you.

Review 70：Appreciated the friendly, helpful staff, enjoyed the pool and the amazing buffet. The location is great. We were headed south to Mazatlan and getting back on the road was a cinch. Also had a very easy time catching a cab to head into Hermosillo Centro for dinner. The Sunday brunch buffet was fantastic! Especially for fans of Mexican food. Posole, cabeza, menudo, barbacoa, chilaquiles verdes y rojas, beautiful ripe tropical fruits and incredible quesadillas de huitlacoche, along with all the usual brunch dishes. It wasn't just about quantity, but also quality. Everything was delicious! Hotel guests get a major discount, which makes the meal a real bargain.

Review 71：Now...The dinner buffet was okay but not worth it because they lacked variety for it being a buffet. They started fairly late and I would have preferred some tacos elsewhere. On one night there was a pretty bad fight by some of our neighbors. That is no fault to the hotel but the next morning the glass and blood was alll over the floor and stairs. I felt that it should have been cleaned up right away or block the area to avoid any accidents.

Review 72：The hotel overall was comfortable, the location was okay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I liked the spacious showers and for being there for a few days it was good. The property seems to be pretty secure as far as who can come in with 24 hour security. The breakfast buffet was very good. The Menudo, The Tortillas and the girl making eggs any style was great and as long as the food was kept fresh it was good. (At one point they didn't change the beans and I asked for fresh beans and it was good). The fruit was fresh and good and if you stay at the hotel you get a good discount. The pool area was always busy and even though I didn't use the pool it looked nice.

Review 74：Our first stay in Hermasillo. We travel to Nayarit every December and Return in April. We will definately stay at your fine hotel again next year.

Review 82：The traffic is ridiculous around the hotel. It is located in the cornerof a very busy highway and bridge system. Parking is awful!!! At somepoint we were told to park outside by the highway because there were noparking spaces. We felt like we were living in the flintstone era, thebeds were rock hard. We were charged their refular rates and not therates we were given by booking.com. Their staff seemed quite airheadedand had no clue how to help guests....
